COLUMBUS, Ohio – July 11, 2012 Calling all riders! Red Roof®, the leading economy lodging brand, is also now the official accommodation partner for the Pelotonia cycling event. More than 6,000 riders will gear up to participate in the three-day bike tour to fundraise for cancer research, Aug. 10-12, 2012.
As the official accommodation partner, Red Roof is offering all riders a relaxing nights’ rest in a NextGen® renovated clean, comfortable and affordable room in preparation for the ride. Red Roof is providing Pelotonia participants with 20% off their stay the weekend of Aug. 10-12 when booking at the Red Roof Columbus Downtown Convention Center property. The Columbus property is centrally located near the Columbus Commons, where the bike tour begins.
Red Roof’s own SVP Sales & Marketing, Marina MacDonald, will be riding in this year’s Pelotonia tour once again, the third time she has participated.
