First Time RediCard Login
If you are accessing your account for the first time, the following steps will assist you in successfully updating your account information.

LOGIN to Your REDICARD ACCOUNT
• In the Login ID field enter your RediCard Number.
• In the Password field enter the Zip code you provided when you initially signed up for your RediCard. If you have any difficulty with the standard 5 digit code, you may have used your 9 digit code (with or without a hyphen) and you will need to try these alternatives to successfully login.

CREATE YOUR NEW LOGIN
• Your new Login ID must be 6-15 characters. (This will replace the 10 digit member number you initially entered as your Login ID). Your new Login ID is case sensitive make sure to remember if you have used all caps or lower case.
TIP: You will use your new Login ID each time you access your account online so please create a Login ID you will remember.

CREATE YOUR NEW PASSWORD
• Your new password must be a minimum of 8 characters and include a combination of letters and numbers. You cannot use a previous password. Passwords are case sensitive so it is important that you remember your password to avoid any inconvenience.
TIP: Your password is not viewable by anyone. In the event you forget your password, you will need to follow the steps online to reset your password.

SELECT AND ANSWER SECURITY QUESTION
• Select a security question and enter your answer. This will be used should you need to reset your password online in the future.
TIP: Keep your answer to a one word answer, remembering that your answer is case sensitive and we recommend you check your spelling to prevent any typos.

EMAIL CONFIRMATION.
• If you have an email address listed on your account, then an email confirmation will be sent to you with your new Login ID and password. If we do not have an email address in your profile, you will not receive an email confirmation.

LOG IN WITH NEW LOGIN AND PASSWORD
• It may take a few moments for your new account information to update prior to being able to login. Please update or add your email address in your profile to ensure you receive future email promotions.
TIP: Please note that it may take up to 24 hours to access your Preferred Member point balance online.
