Important news for all RediCard members
Beginning October 1, 2010, some changes are taking place in RediCard features and benefits.
First:
Rewards level change – effective 10/1/10, the points needed to earn a reward (free nights or Delta SkyMiles®) will increase to 6,000.
While room rates and costs have continued to rise, Red Roof has not increased the reward level since the program’s beginnings over ten years ago.
This increase will allow us to continue to offer our members exceptional service with rewards still at the lowest system wide level of any national chain.
Second:
To help you reach your next reward, we’ll award 1000 bonus points on your first stay before November 1, 2010.1
Third:
Complimentary room upgrades! From October 1, 2010 through February 28, 2011, all members will be offered a complimentary room upgrade upon check–in. It’s our Winter Stay Upgrade – exclusively for RediCard members!
These upgrades will be based on availability at the time of check-in and therefore, cannot be reserved in advance. If you have a particular room type need or favorite, we recommend you continue to reserve it in advance to guarantee your choice. Any additional upgrade available will continue to be offered at check-in.
Remember! In recognition of your continued loyalty, we will award 1,000 bonus points to your account for your first stay before November 1, 2010.1 Your stay must begin between Sept. 1 and Oct. 31, 2010. Please allow up to 30 days for your bonus points to be credited. Points will be credited in the month following your stay.
