Take exit 45A to merge onto I-275 S toward St Petersburg. Take exit 39 to merge onto FL-60 W toward Tampa Airport/Clearwater. Exit on the left onto W Courtney Campbell Causeway/FL-60 W toward Clearwater. Continue to follow FL-60 W. Turn right at S Belcher Rd.
