Wi-Fi SUCKS! AMong other things!

Satyed here 2 years ago for 3 weeks, and the wi-fi was completely down. Stayed here again 4 weeks ago, & was told before ck in that the ownwers has installed a brand new working system 1 year ago, so not to worry. But the Family that owns this particular location pinches pennies, and installed a cheap system that only occasionally works, & for seconds at a time (at NON PEAK loads, even!!). They also allow guests to cause as much noise as they want, & care only about getting paid for the room. I observed a guest, a black family, playing loud music, at 1;30 in the morning, on the top floor end room (of the 2 story building), with their door wide open,..& the staff did NOTHING! Liz was recently promoted from housekeeping to front desk, and promised to close the pool at 9pm when people got noisey, but did not, and allowed them too keep everyone else awake & sleepness.! Tabitha, the graveyard shift person, was sweet, UNTIL I rented my room,...then did not take action when i complained about adjacent guests causing excessive noise after 1am, so I cut my trip short, & left. They claim I will be re-imbursed. . I'll let you know HERE, if they follow thru with their 'Satisfaction guarantee'.! The room also was dirty & no air filter installed (the screens) when i rented it/plus a kight was not working & no chair in the room at all. All should have been addressed BEFORE they assigned me the room!!!

Just DON'T !!!!

This place is in need of a bulldozer! The only positive thing would be that there is a outlet near the bed. The disrepair is everywhere, in the room and outside. Nothing here seams to be clean. The elevator looks like a bio Hazzard. Tthe shower cannot maintain a constant temperature so if you come here with kids watch that closely. There must be 11 holes in the laminate flooring.there's at least three feet of black mold growing in the shower. The very old and broken AC unit made for a sleepless night hence this review. I made my reservations here a couple weeks in advance and I have a paper license from the DMV the lady at the front desk would not check me. it's their policy not to accept identification that law enforcement can accept ! You can get on a plane with it but can't check into the red roof in Victorville what a joke. When I said to the lady at the front desk how do we get over this it's the only form of ID that I have being that I'm not traveling with my passport and her reply wasthat if I had a problem with it she would just refuse service to me. Which is a hoot because that's what she was already doing. There aren't any options for food within walking distance there's really nothing within walking distance of this place. I've never seen so many people hanging out in a parking lot or in their cars after midnight in a hotel parking lot . isn't the point of being here to go into your room I think there are funny things going on in their parking lot at night. I really do feel for the people who have to work here as the owner has not given them the tools to create hospitality and that is sad.

Nasty, gross, needs to be shut down.

If I could give negative stars I would. This place was disgusting! If the whole town wasn't booked, we would have moved to a different place. We had to ditch the first room. The floor was sticky like it was mopped with a 2 liter of pop, no towels, and when the door was closed there was at least a half inch gap where we could see the outdoors. The bathroom door probably hasn't been wiped down in years. I can guarantee the room was cleaner after 5 minutes of me being in there just from wiping part of the floor and door. The 2nd room was better but still bad. No gap in door, no sticky floor. All night the light kept coming on because it is on a motion detector and we couldn't get it to turn off, ended up unscrewing the bulb. Lots of loud guests all night long, kids running back and forth outside and screaming. I would NEVER stay here again. I would expect this out of a dive motel, not a chain.

Horrible, disgusting. Health Dept should close this dump.

This was the most disgusting motel I have ever stayed in. Black mold and peeling paint in the tub. Blood on the wall. Dirt everywhere. It looked as if it had not been cleaned in weeks. I stayed after having car trouble on the I-15. It was convenient to the freeway and when I checked in (after 9:00 pm) it looked okay. I got to my room and went to sleep. The next morning, in the light of day, I saw where I had stayed and hope I got out of there without getting sick; still not sure about bed bugs. The County Health Department should close this dump. I honestly should have slept in my car, that would have been better accommodations.

Awesome place to stay
