Super friendly and accommodating staff. This is an independently owned, small hotel. But they offer big chain service! We were in town for a softball tournament- so had many 15 year old girls and families. Enjoyed the pool, although small, and the breakfast availability. Walking distance to fast food and convenience and drug stores. Suited our needs just fine.

Just needs a place for one night while traveling on a roller coaster trip. Close enough to holiday world. Didn’t have a reservation and asked about the room rates. They were cheaper on line. So I quickly booked a room on line. Check in was fast and friendly and the room was comfortable and clean Breakfast was included which was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

I needed an inexpensive hotel room so I booked this on Hotelstonight website on a Friday afternoon for the next day (Saturday night). Earlier in the year I had stayed at this hotel and it was new enough but getting pretty worn look fast. It was my HS 40th Class Reunion so I had booked a car service to pick me up at the hotel and drop me off. Having said that, I arrived and as I approached the door there was this guy sitting out front smoking who said "have you checked in yet?" When I said "No" he flicked his cigarette and walked into the hotel and behind the desk. I thought to myself not the best impression and I remember this guy from the last time I had stayed there. Anyway there was a sign up "NO Rooms", as I was thinking lucky me. Then the guy asked for my name and say "you don't have a reservation!? So I pulled out my phone and showed him the confirmation that I got from Hotelstonight, and got the response "nope that is not a Redroof confirmation!", so I then showed where I had been billed by Chase for the room. Again, no luck or offering of assistance. I said "Ok, do you have any rooms?" Which I got a "No and a point at the sign." Finally he said "You might want to call Redroof and see if they have your reservation." with no offer of a phone number so I asked for it. The first number he gave me was wrong but the second one he gave me worked. I called and got a lady who said that they put their rooms out on websites and some times they don't get the info back on who is checking so ask the man if he has any rooms which does not have a name? So I asked him and low and behold there was a King Room with no name. I hung up the phone and told him what the lady said and got this response "Someone just booked that room it's no longer available!. I thought what poor service, he should have grabbed the room knowing I was having this issue. So, in a panic I went across the street to the Comfort Inn and paid 2x the price because they only had 2 king suites left but it was well worth not dealing the poor service that I had encountered. Clearly Redroof has some "training opportunities" for their staff on how to engage with customers and deliver a "positive memorable experience" not a "poor one". Thank you for reading my post, I have learned a valuable lesson after booking on a website....call and confirm your reservation....

We stayed here appearance of the room looked clean we had pink stains on our comforter then one of the the hand towels in the bathroom looked to have dried blood stain on it then after driving for 8 hours we enjoyed holiday nights when we got back to the hotel the tv wasn't working I tried to call from our phone but it didn't work so I went to the front desk to find employee to be sleeping bit disappointed

We stayed 2 nights and drove into Santa Claus,IN for a conference. We had a suite which consisted of a larger 1 room w/ large desk and a loveseat. Room could have had more light. I don't think they had housekeeping because our room was never cleaned. No bed made up, no clean linens,etc. We didn't even have cups in the room when we arrived. Breakfast was passable. Waffles/3 dry crl/ instant oatmeal/ no bagels/sweet rolls. Only fruit was apples. Only 2% milk. Laundry service was there but was out of order. The guy at the front desk was very helpful when we came in. I thought we were late to an event in Santa Claus but was not. Red Roof is eastern time and Santa Claus is on central time. Nice décor and carpet and rooms nice. Bed was really too soft.
