Clean, Reasonable and a pleasant surprise

While traveling for Business I took the opportunity to stay at the Red Roof Inn in Las Vegas, NV for 10 nights and was very happy with the accommodations. It is located just off the strip and you can park just outside your door without all the parking garage hassles. The room was very comfortable with a King bed, Refrigerator, small stove and microwave. A light breakfast was served each morning. It was nice to just be able to chill some nights and not have to go out to eat. Found the front desk staff to be most pleasant. And met the GM Kevin and he made me feel at home at the property. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Las Vegas. Its an easy drive to any of the local attractions without the high hotel costs.

This is Great for my needs of having to frequently visit Vegas, because of my Daughter competing in Taekwondo tournaments, the fact that my children don't have to walk through a smoke filled casino is a plus. Joseette at the Front desk is the best customer service representative and always professional and friendly.

This hotel is good if you want your credit card stolen. WARNING do not give these guys your credit card information I gave them two cards after I had to cancel the first due to fraudulent charges and now the second one has fraudulent charges also. BEWARE

Vegas's best kept secret!

As a frequent visitor of Vegas, this Red Roof in has quickly became my favorite spot to stay in Vegas. I've stayed at the Cosmopolitan, and frequented the MGM signature suites, which always ended up charging me an arm and a leg for my pet to stay, and I barely used the resort I paid all the fees for! Not to mention, the customer service and friendliness barely existed. The employees at the Red Roof always meet or exceed my expectations. They've made this last stay the most convenient I've had yet! I absolutely LOVE the hostesses. The first person I spoke with on the phone was Kela. She was so knowledgeable and inviting, kind, and respectful. She basically pulled me off the street from driving to see the rooms so I could give it a chance. I knew upon visiting a room, that the smartest business decision I could make was to start staying here when I come to Vegas! Paola never fails to greet you with a smile, and is so sweet and soft spoken. Gabby is always pepped up and ready to help to! She's helped me on a few occasions, friendly as ever ! Andy does a great job too. He's always quick and efficient, and never misses a beat. And Kevin the manager, is also great. It's always good to see a manager who isn't afraid to step in and help his employees. I've seen him walking around the property in the hot sun, making sure housekeeping and the rest of the property are running smoothly, then jump behind the desk and help check in guests. You can tell he really likes to lead by example. The rooms are so clean, quaint, and inviting. Complete with cable, HD TV, a bathroom vanity, and a kitchenette (refrigerator, stove top, sink, microwave, and storage cabinets). And, pets are FREE TO STAY! As an animal lover, this amenity weighs heavily on me. I have yet to meet an employer that hasn't greeted me dog. The housekeeping is beyond the friendliest kvetch ever come across in Vegas, and will automatically clean for you every 3 days, but they will ask everyday if you need anything. I always like to tip them because they do such a good job, and you can tell they really care about the guest and they're comfort. I also have to give a shout out to the great guest service provided by Josette. She has the solution for every issue I've come across. She has a gift of knowing exactly how and what is going to make the customer and company benefit most, and is a great face to see when I'm worried about any problems. Thank you Red Roof, you guys are awesome! I am thrilled that I made this decision. I will be back for more enjoyable stays!

Discriminatory and Dirty!

We booked this room for 4 nights. I arrived the second night. My roommate arrived the first night. Her first morning was the beginning of the most UNPLEASANT hotel stay she'd ever experienced in her life. She went down for breakfast and one of the employees looked at her and asked her "Do you belong here?" She immediately took offense because he didn't ask anyone else in the room that question. She took the issue to the manager who accused her of "BROW BEATING" him after giving her a free night's stay which was not the solution to a much bigger problem. The employee should have been terminated. She was the victim of DISCRIMINATION and the response was less than adequate. During our second night we walked into the room only to find a bunch of INSECTS all over; especially near the lights. We told the front desk and they moved us to a different room. This was certainly an inconvenience and we wished that we could have check out and go to another hotel but all the hotels in the area was booked due to a huge conference that was taking place in the area. We were in town for this conference and was essentially stuck in a REALLY BAD lodging situation. This was a horrific experience and even if we were offered a room for free at any one of the Red Roof Inn establishments we would gladly DECLINE.
