There is no more breakfast only coffee 24 in lobby. I came in for an event at the speedway, so all hotels were sold out in area. Rates everywhere high. I always enjoy my stay, staff is friendly. There is many people that outside back smoking, they should do a designated area for smoking. My room was serviced by carmen she did a good job. Room was clean and ready every time I came back to my room.

We gave stated at Red Roofs with fine experiences but this location - AVOID! First the two gals at the check in completely made us all feel like we were a both; the hotel parking lot, hallways and rooms not only had a fowl Oder but were dirty. They said their hotel policy was 2 towels per room and there was three in our room. The others traveling with us (2 additional rooms) had the same problem and one of the rooms had no towels for 2 days despite repetitive alls to the front desk...imagine sharing a hand towel!! Our toilet kept not working. The first day we had one bar of soap for the bath and shower. The second day no new bars. I left a note and tip for the house keeper to try and get towels and soap and then I got the little shampoos and conditioner. Needless to say, after three nights we vacated to a MUCH nicer hotel (and cheaper) across the road. GO TO AZURE hotel if you need to stay in this area but avoid the Red Roof at this location. Literally can not say anything nice about this place.

Towels and sheets were DISGUSTING!! Threadbare, dingy and stained. Ugh! Owner too cheap to buy bleach!! Geez Louise! Charge me an extra $1, and add bleach. Hotel has NOT undergone the "new" Red Roof renovations, which have been going on for almost 4 years now, and the hotel has an overall down at the heels look. The bureau drawers were screwed shut and could not be opened, which means that I could not unpack anything in my bag, or have any place to place them, so that my dirty laundry had to be folded up and put on the desk until I repacked two days later. Housekeeping did their best to keep the room clean, although (even with a tip left for the maid) towels were not provided for my second night, and I had to go down to the front desk to get some. ALL of the towels that the clerk handed me (who apologized profusely) were dingy and stained, although I could feel that they had just been washed, and that was when I discovered that the owner did not provide bleach for wash loads. This led me to believe that there is the potential for a serious health issue with the linens and towels at this hotel. Suffice it to say that the bedspread look led like it had not been washed in months. Additionally, I wondered about the "cleanliness" of the bathroom, which did not have any residual odor from cleaning products, which is rather unusual at a Red Roof Inn. This is one of the properties that has been sold by corporate Red Roof to a franchisee, who I believe is not meeting up to their standards.

Booked for one night because it was reasonably priced, and Trip Advisor gave it 4 stars. When we arrived the lobby was in shambles. The furniture looked like they found it on the street. The carpet leading to our room was disgusting, filthy and smelly! The room it self didn't smell much better, in fact I had my boyfriend look under the bed to make sure nothing had died under there. There was no dead bodies or animals, but there was an air freshener under there??? 🤤 We left most of our belongings in the rental car because we didn't want to bring them up to the gross room, we have a small business and we were told to park in the back lot that it would be safe. Everything was stolen! Merchandise, supplies, belongings, $20,000 worth of stuff. The hotel has no security and they allow every vagrant off the street to wander around the grounds and the hallways themselves. The hotel has done nothing about the theft except to say,"there's a small sign out back so it's not our problem." 😠 I travel extensively, and this is the first time that I felt the need to let people know. This hotel is not safe, and they don't care about their guests!

This hotel is completely disgusting. The hotel lobby has a musky smell to it. The furniture in the lobby looked like they found it in the trash and just stuck it in the lobby. It was dirty and worn out. We had to wait over 20 minutes for them to figure out our reservation. The hallway to our room smelled like feet. Nasty, dirty, sweaty feet. The paint on the room doors was all chipped up which was a major hint as to what to expect inside. The bedspreads had large stains on them and when I pulled the covers back I found the sheets also had questionable stains all over them. The carpet was filthy and torn, there was no iron and the bathroom was an adventure in itself. I would never stay here again and would never recommend it to anyone. Don't waste your money, this place is a dump.
