We have been staying at the Red Roof a few days a week for the last few months for business. The room is comfortable & clean. The breakfast is great & SHELBY is awesome!! She is personable & accommodating & always has a smile! Thanks for making our business travel so enjoyable! See you next week! :) Bill & Kim

I absolutely love this hotel. The room was incredible, especially for the price we paid. Room service came every morning to make sure we had everything we needed, and customer service is great. Shelby is the best at what she does. She's very accommodating, and pleasurable. Give that girl a raise! I do plan on staying again.

Will not stay here again

Before we even arrived, we were sent an email stating that they were sorry that we cancelled our reservation, even though we had not cancelled. We thought we had that straightened out, when we arrived, we were given a room that had stains all over the beds and reeked of cigarettes and marijuana. Thinking that a room switch would help, we asked for a new room. This room initially looked and smelled cleaner, however we had to evacuate the room due to the smell of marijuana, and my daughter, who is pregnant, could not smell that all night. When we informed the front desk, nothing was done about it. After returning home, and checking my bank statement, they had charged me twice for the room and I am currently trying to get refunded for one of the charges, but they are telling me that I booked two rooms. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!! The internet service that they claimed they had, did not work at all, basically we were told to deal with it.

Friendly service. Comfortable beds and room was clean. Parking is a problem, but happily, nothing damaged or stolen. Breakfast offers wide variety of items including waffles. Desk help accommodating. Free USA newspaper.

I always enjoy visiting this hotel because they make me and my wife feel at home, After being greeted byCheema, Usama,Greg, miss Mary they normally ask where is Kizer, my dog. Unfortunately I had to inform them that he has died two weeks earlier, however, he is with us in spirit. We have been staying here for several year and have always felt at home. Although they are under new ownership,Mr Ghandi and his daughter Sujaia, they great service and clean rooms has not changed and I recommend this hotel to any one traveling in the area. I normally frequent this location about once a month and I will continue to do so.

Shuttle service is available from 5am to 11pm 7 days a week. This shuttle only travels to and from the Louis Armstrong International Airport. Guests must call the front desk upon arrival to the airport or prior to departing the hotel for availability.”
