I needed to make a reservation to get a room and i was really exhausted after long day working, and i met with that person named “Moe” at the front desk and he was very nice and professional. He welcomed me and was smiling and he done the reservation very quickly and gave me very nice room. Thank you Moe and thanks Red Rood inn.

Room looked clean for cheap price but had a stale smell. I would up hacking out early because spotted 2 roaches and when I called the office they were real lax about it and offered me another room. Absolutely not!

Rudest Employee I have ever seen.

I have stayed here in the past and always have had a great experience. Not this time.First, I will start by saying the room is totally renovated and fridge and microwave are great and beds are comfortable. Our housekeeper Juan has been wonderful. It stops there. We have been here since December 18-27.We came up here for the Christmas holidays and needed to stay in the Princeton area. The employee on the front desk tonight name is Noer or something like that has got to be one of the rudest,Laziest employees who obviously does not want to be here on the 3-11 shift on Christmas Day.No one serviced our room today and I went to the desk when I got back from family at 8pm.We don’t even have a do not disturb sign to put on the door but we don’t care because traveling with my 94 year old dad.,we always need service such as towels, cups etc.. I called the desk numerous times and no answer. I went to the desk and saw this lazy desk clerk just sitting there playing on his cell phone. I asked him why no one cleaned my room today and his response was direct with a attitude (I dont know) He said he couldn’t give me no wash cloths or face towels and no tissues. He said that’s what I got and if you don’t like it,You can leave. I hope I can speak to Ahmed the manager because this employees attitude is one of the rudest staff members I have dealt with and he is enough to totally ruin anyone’s stay.He has a punk attitude and I hope Ahmed will do something about it or if I have to get CORP involved,Then that’s what I will do.

What a pleasure

Let me start of by saying I’ve stayed here several times. This Inn is in the middle of everything you need during your stay. Plenty of places to eat, shop, explore and have fun. It is pet friendly, and quiet. I wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else. On top of all that, the staff is amazing. Friendly and helpful from beginning to end. Moe, a gentleman at the front desk is a pleasure. He is always ready to help in any situation to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Absolutely fantastic. In conclusion, the rooms are clean and homey. My family and I love this location. I absolutely recommend staying here!
