A good experience at Red Roof Inn Las Vegas
January 13, 2019

I found a great price for my last-minute booking during the CES 2019 happening while hotels around the area charged over 300 USD per night. Because of the low rate, I did not expect my room to be high quality, but it ended up a lot more than I expected. The bed was comfortable with four pillows even supposed to be four people, but I was traveling by myself. The room was fully equipped with stove, microwave, coffee/tea maker, etc. It was near the airport and the planes' landing path, but I could not feel the noise at all. Only negative things were a half-mile walk from the front desk to my room and the noise of the bathroom's fan, but they did not matter to me at all, especially for the price I paid for. Overall, I would definitely recommend Red Roof Inn to everyone!

Very good for the price

Large rooms, friendly staff and clean. It is not a 5 Star Hotel but you are getting a bit more than what you are paying for. BF is solid continental and the location is convenient, not too far from the Strip and close to a CVS and other shopping options.

Absolutely the pits...

Appalling, atrocious, completely and utterly unacceptable and horrific experience. I do not think I have ever been more annoyed and offended by the absolutely obnoxious behavior of the female front desk worker and then the male/owner manager. And to have this happen by this poor excuse for a hotel chain on Thanksgiving, of all days out of the year. My wife and I made a reservation for 5 nights. We will never make this mistake again. Upon arrival this morning, we were told we needed to wait for 15 minutes, otherwise we would be charged $20 check-in fee. We were both puzzled by this request and were not pleased at all, but because it was Thanksgiving, we decided to let this slide. We had driven for hours from California. The last thing we wanted to do was just stand there in the lobby and wait when the staff could have just accommodated us and proceed with the check in right away. Anyways, after the wait, a credit card and driver's license were provided and that was when all hell broke loose. The female worker had the audacity to question whether the person on the credit card and driver's license was the same person as the person who made the reservation because the first name was different. When she said this, I was really upset because it was not what she said but really the manner and way in which she said it. Lady, if you are reading this, do not even think for a second that you can treat anyone like the way you treated us and get away with it because no one, and, I do mean, no one will put up with it. If you want people to hear you, the first thing you need to really learn how to do is to talk politely to people. Learn to be congenial and friendly and learn to greet people with a smile. You are not that important of a person to be rude to anyone. And just to let you know, just because when I registered online using my wife's American name, that does not mean the person who checked in was different than the person who made the reservation. Do not make a mountain out of a molehill over something as petty as this because it is not appreciated and you will be told off which was exactly what happened! The way I see it, this hotel goes out of its way to unnecessarily antagonize people and be rude to people. I was also not pleased when the manager/owner came by because he did not even apologize for the behavior of this rude female worker. He made threats to call security. No need to do that. It will be our pleasure to leave and not come back. No problems whatsoever taking our business somewhere else. All told, if you wish to stay at this establishment, do so at your own risk. Do not put up with the staff's rudeness or any of its crap. If they keep up with their atrocious and poor customer service, soon they won't even have a business to be rude to anyone anymore because no one will be around. And that's a guarantee! If you do not heed to my admonitions, then I dare you to give attitude to guests. Keep at it! You will see what will happen. Too many other places out there to stay to have to deal with a hotel that knows absolutely nothing about service and kindness. We ended up staying at Candlewood Suites. Much better all around. No wait. Upon arrival, the staff checked us in right away and we did not have to pay anything for coming in early. The staff was also very nice and greeted us right away. I guess that's why there are so many cars parked outside as opposed to the vacant lot seen at Red Roof Inn. I can smell disaster for this hotel a mile away. Good riddance to this pathetic hotel!

Great customer service from Paola and andy
November 21, 2018

I have been staying at the hotel for almost a week now it is coming amazing the staff is always so nice helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and the WiFi works which is a plus. This place is great I will definitely tell people they need to stay here it’s close to everything you need. Paola and Andy are the best they are super nice and know how to help customers. The way the interact with you is great most hotels when you ask the front desk something they get smart well not Paola and Andy they are super helpful. So is Kayla she is great to they have been there at the desk the most but the overall staff at red roof in Las Vegas on paradise rd is awesome. I say book with them if you want good customer service clean rooms and free WiFi plus close to the strip you can’t beat it at all. Red roof staff y’all rock keep up the great work
