I checked in Monday afternoon, before 3 pm. My reservation request was for a room on the first floor away from the noise of I-75. The desk clerk said all the rooms were booked so she assigned me a room and when I drove to it I saw that it was a handicapped room which faces I-75! I didn’t even go inside, but went right back to the office and told her I didn’t want that room. She told me to come back at 3:00, so I left and returned later. A guy was on duty then, so he gave me a room close to where I usually stay which does not face I-75. I looked around and the first thing I noticed was someone had peed in the toilet, left toilet paper, and didn’t flush. There were black footprints on the floor in front of the toilet. I pulled back the bedspread, then the blanket and top sheet to check out the bed. I found sheets that had been put on inside out. The corners were pulled about half way down and the top sheet had burn holes. I am not convinced those were fresh sheets but am hoping they were. I was out all day the next day and didn’t return until around 8 pm. When I walked in I saw the unmade bed. I looked in the bathroom and there were the wet used towels I had put on the floor to be removed by the cleaning people. No one had been in my room all day. I called the front desk and told the guy there that the bed had not been made and I needed clean towels, which he brought immediately. I was wearing white socks and took my shoes off when I returned to my room after dinner. I did very little walking around in the room, but my socks were absolutely filthy on the bottom. SEE PHOTO. The next morning I stopped at the front office to show the lady the picture of my filthy sox and to tell her that no one had refreshed my room. I asked for the manager, but was told he wasn’t there, he was out fixing things, etc. I was out until around 3:00. I pulled back the spread and found the sheet and blanket had just been sloppily pulled up, all wrinkled up and not smoothed out. The sheet was wrinkled just as it was when I got out of bed. It looked like a child had tried to make this bed. I have never seen anything like it. SEE PHOTOS. The next morning I stopped at the office again and the manager was on duty. Two housekeeping ladies were there also. I again told him all my complaints and both women said they didn’t clean my room, so I don't know who did (or didn't). He said he would take care of it. Just as I was about to leave, a very young looking girl knocked asking if she could clean my room. I don’t know if she is the person who didn't refresh my room previously, or not, so I didn’t know what I was going to find upon my return. Upon my return, I opened the door and was shocked to see what looked like a brand new bedspread nicely turned back with the pillows standing up over lapping each other. There were still fold creases in the spread so it looked brand new! The sheets and pillow cases were very neat with no wrinkles. The following day I returned around 3:15 and my bed was made. I checked the sheets and they were wrinkled like when I first checked in, so I am fairly sure I slept on used sheets for the first several nights!! I received clean towels, but no hand towels, but that is ok because I left the next morning.

Got hit by a tornado and lost most of everything. Couldn't find a room anywhere. We got here and it was Amazing...

I highly recommend the Red Roof Inn on Byers rd in miamisburg. We I got hit with the tornado and lost almost everything we tried for two days to find somewhere to go all the other hotels or motels were booked I spoke with Alexa Birkoferr she was very attentive and sweet and the night before the day we came to check in the owner make sure everything is taken care of we thought we had an issue with the air conditioner because they work really well but they don't have like that loud sound it's a nice place to stay it's very clean no bugs I highly recommend if you guys are in need or just stopping through I highly recommend thank you Alexa and the owner

Rooms are clean and easy to manage with my wife's wheel chair, People are friendly and easy to deal with. Have stayed here many times and have never had a problem. Good restaurants near by and easy to get to, Bob Evans is next door and a good place for breakfast.

Confortable place, great ubication, a little noise, good price for the room. Well wifii. The room is nice, but the bed old, maybe the have to change the decoration. Recommended for a short time and not a lot of people.

Looking for a consistently good hotel - Red Roof isn't it.

Front desk staff was superb, but it went downhill from there. Our non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. When I returned to the front desk to report this, another staff member - seated in the lobby - stated she didn't smell anything in that room. Must have been her that 'cleaned' it. No refrigerator, microwave or hair dryer; 2 small bath towels; toilet ran until handle jiggled; room was dirty - long black hair in bathroom. There was no breakfast. The parking lot and property was dirty - cigarette butts everywhere, and even empty packaging of adult novelties. We travel from Ontario to Florida twice a year so am looking for a brand with a good loyalty plan and consistently good lodging. Red Roof Inn is not that brand.
