We've stayed at a lot of Red Roof Inns, and I would have to say that this one is at the bottom of our list. First of all our room door needed weather stripping could feel the wind and cold air coming through as well as see the light coming in from outside. 2nd VERY NOISY, could hear everything from traffic, stairway, hallway and adjacent rooms. We had our 10 month old (we travel coast to coast for business with her and she has stayed in multiple hotels with no problems with us and we ended up leaving at 4 AM as she barely slept due to the noise. On the brighter side the room including the floor was clean. Definitely not worth the price.

Don’t come if you have Dog(s)!

I would first like to say that I am a college student on a budget and realistic about what I can afford and this is an affordable hotel. I am a loyal patron of this hotel line. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was pathetic for such a big hotel. The real problem: I have two dogs and nowhere in the website that I could find does it give a limit of 1 dog per room. When I checked in after 12 hours of driving I was told rudely that only one dog was allowed in the room and that if my dogs were left outside in the car they would call animal patrol on me. I have never had a red roof in limit dogs to 1. If that was the case there should have been a clear website notice of this. I will not stay here again. For a hotel that emphasizes dog friendly rooms it sure felt hostile to me. Dog owners beware. Don’t stay here if you have dog(s)!

You could do worse
November 08, 2017

Much of what I didn’t like about this place is beyond their control, like being right next to the interstate, adjacent to a major thoroughfare which means if your room faces the freeway getting any sleep without ear plugs is probably not going to happen. They having the roof repaired and the contractors blocked the parking spaces and access to the doors and elevator so I had to park and carry 5 pieces of luggage around the building to get to the elevator. The doors in the room are not air tight which adds to the noise coming in. Other than that, like I said you can do worse. Lots of restaurants in the area within walking distance.

Decent for a stopover

Stopped for 1 night. Located just off major highway and close to many restaurants. Next door is a good steakhouse. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast usual continental style. Fridge and microwave and ironing board in room.

Spend the $20 more to stay somewhere else

Do not stay here. The price is not worth it. The room I had was covered in dead and live bugs (I killed two within a minute of being there and there were dead beetles and crickets everywhere), it said "non-smoking" but had definitely been smoked in, there was a cop scanning the parking lot when we got there, and there were some sketchy kids going into the room next to us acting really strange. Needless to say, we left very quickly and went across the street to the Comfort Inn.
