Worst hotel and staff ever

We stayed here with my wife’s parents after getting picked up from the airport. We were very desperate for a hotel that allowed pets. Knowing what I know now I would have preferred to sleep in the car. I’ve stayed in this chain before and never stayed in a hotel in such disrepair. Garbage everywhere in the halls. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. Curtains were falling off the window. The hotel does not appear to be clean or a safe place to stay. Don’t go outside at night and don’t park anything nice in the parking lot. Worst part of the whole trip was the staff. I have never met anyone more rude than Anthony who was working the front desk. We woke up early to talk to our kids back in the Midwest and were yelled at by Anthony. He could’ve at least tried to be professional and courteous and instead was a rude jerk. We will never visit this chain again. It’s not our fault your walls are made of paper towels.

Room was very clean.enjoyed the pool a lot.not sure if it was worth the 119dollars a night but,it was passable.had continental breakfast that was enjoyable.the location needs more parking and would have had it if location was not busy remodeling.

Rude staff, bad area!

PLEASE choose a different hotel. I read the reviews and thought "OK this might be a good compromise" that was a very bad choice. The man at check in was so rude an abrupt with us that I was actually scared. The room as decent. The overall fee of the hotel was very unsafe and I was not able to sleep due to hearing people in the other room all night. Went to cancel the rest of our stay and they refused to refund any portion but it was BAD enough we chose to leave anyway.

No van at the airport; noisy room; care less staff.

We chose to stay at the airport for an early flight the next morning; we had been visiting in the Seattle area, and got to the airport in the late afternoon before our flight. We tried to call for the Red Roof Inn courtesy van a dozen times from the airport from a number of different courtesy phones over a period of 45 minutes and each time it was busy. Although courtesy vans from other hotels came by multiple times, no van from the Red Roof Inn appeared. We finally took a taxi to the hotel ($18); arrived and the staff claimed it was impossible their phones could be busy. We asked for the manager and discovered his hours were from 9 pm - 5 am! The room was basic, but it was noisy with voices, door slams, and the ice machine, and the walls were thin enough so we could hear the neighboring room. We were glad to leave. The staff blew us off.

Not the most inviting

This hotel had a 7.5/10 rating on Expedia....so I assumed it would be acceptable for one night. The first impression definitely wasn't good. Hotel is in a grungy area of town....multiple strip clubs near by. The hotel itself was run down, dirty looking, and I didn't feel safe walking down the hall without my loved one. I could hear everything happening in the hallway at night and had a terrible sleep due to noise.
