Harrased and accused

DO NOT !! I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! Also I was told I couldn't speak to the The General Manager be she Has COVID-19! Staff and management should be checked & the facility should be cleaned way better ! The staff is extremely rude and racist! I was harassed out of my room & then accused of smoking. The whole hotel smells like smoke. The manager Nancy pretending to be housekeeping knocked on the door several times & had the front desk attendant call the room rushing us out! Once out the room Nancy rummaged through our outside trash bags left in the trash can of the hotel and found an old broken cigarette in the bag & used that to remove us from the hotel! She also tried to charge us for a 2nd day that I prepaid for although we did not use the room. I tried to explain our side and where the bag came from but she just wanted us gone at that. After reading and reviewing the site unfortunately I am not the only on that has been threw this . Also serval reviews and complaints on the site about the rooms already smelling of smoke & them trying to charge for it ! I feel this is a scam to make money because the hotel does not seem to have very much traffic! “IF YOURE GOING TO CHARGE FOR SMOKING OR ACCUSE PEOPLE OF SMOKING OR SMELLING LIKE SMOKE , MAYBE FIX THE SMELL IN THE HOTEL FIRST! The hotel smells of smoke !

Mice and Rat droppings

Walked out the door after checking in!! Worst experience ever! Front staff was nice. Room had bugs, droppings, and was dirty. Do not stay here!! If you bring a family you will be in trouble! Went up the street and was very happy!!

Staying one night after FINALLY finding it in the dark. Totally off the beaten path and very poor signage. If you miss the turn into the strip mall parking lot with a teeny tiny sign for the hotel in the back, you have to go up the street (no place to turn around) and once you miss it you are on a loop of literally like six miles. You have to travel two miles on the first highway, exit onto another and go back the way you came, to get back to the exit. It's RIDICULOUS!! This place WREAKS. It stinks so bad!! Old, musty, smoky. They have a no smoking and no pet policy and honestly, I'd rather sleep with smoking dogs than whatever else has stayed in this place before me. DEFINITELY scratching this one off the list of ever staying at again!!! Traveled late and checked in late , close to midnight. Was going to request late check out and take a nice hot shower in the morning, but I will be making a quick get away in the morning!! Bed is hard as a brick.

I stayed one night and was greeted upon arrival. The motel is back off through a mall parking lot and back out of the way. Do not use the choice app map directions as it will take you to the street in back of the motel where there is no entrance. Look up the motel itself to get the right address. I had to fix the curtain in the room as it was partly hanging off. The motel is older and could use some renovation. Breakfast was good. Not sure I would stay again. Have stayed in much better motels for the same prices.

Do. Not. Stay. At. This. Hotel. I reserved a room with a King Bed for two nights. I called the hotel the night of my arrival to say that I would not be arriving until the next morning, and to please hold the room. When I arrived, I was told that only a Double Room was available, and that they had given away the Kings. When I asked how that was possible, I was dismissed by the receptionist, and the the manager, an utterly deranged woman, came out of her office in the back and started screaming at me, like I was to blame for their error. You cannot make this stuff up. There's no reason to ever treat any human being like that, let alone a hotel (or whatever this place purports to be) guest. There are plenty of decent places to stay in Easton and Bethlehem. The "Quality Inn" is not one of them. Oh, and the room itself, on the first floor, was musty.
