I was in town for business and planned on staying for about a month. After flying in from Europe and driving from Houston I got to my room. Dirtiest room I think I've ever stayed in. Nearly everything was grimey, broken, or dirty. Sticky floor, crumbs in cabinets, hair in shower, greasy handprints on door and cupboards, stickers on chair, dust and bugs on window sills, and a grungy condensor on the AC unit that sounded like a lawnmower. The suite with kitchenette had a single plate, bowl, cup and pan. No cooking utensils or flatware. Defeats the purpose of paying more for the suite if I can't actually use it. If I hadn't been traveling all day I would've left that night. However I promptly checked out in the morning and found a much nicer place just down the highway.

We booked this hotel on our way back from New Orleans. We decided to stay here, because they accept pets, and we have a small cat. The room was listed as an "executive" King. I can't imagine what executive would stay here. There were ZERO amenities. No hair dryer - some executives are women and would appreciate a hairdryer.. I have never stayed in any hotel that did not have a hairdryer. No refrigerator, microwave or coffeemaker. The ice maker on our 4th floor didn't work. There was a roach on the windowsill (not dead!). Very small and cramped. They advertised free coffee My husband had to ask the desk clerk to make some, even though it was 8:00 in the morrning. Parking lot did not seem well lit at night either. It is a budget room, but still.................I have stayed at Red Roof Inns before, and they were all nicer than this one!

Well my room was not clean when we walked in. Front desk clerk stated she always has to double check when that particular housekeeper is on duty. I requested a room change and she put us right in front of the elevators and stated that was all she had available. So, I decided to just cancel the reservation and go somewhere else. The front desk clerk gave us options to hotels nearby and gave me a refund or what I thought was a refund. I was told my refund would be given between 5-7 days but was charged the next day. I called and spoke with the manager Talano about the problem with the room and my refund and was told the same thing. Well, it has been 10 days and I still haven’t received my refund from the hotel. I am very disappointed on how the condition of the room was and how inconsiderate the manager was when I called back to discuss my problem, not to mention my refund.

All of the bad reviews are lies,mostly people who Just wanting to get over on this hotel because this is a clean and up to date hotel the staff is wonderful the location is exactly where I need it to be definitely coming back next time

Me and my wife stayed here a couple of nights ago and the service was excellent friendly front desk and staff Tia was a great help with check in and the rooms were very clean and nice and most of all you can’t beat the price !!
