Staff with strong vengeful anger.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL - We did not stay here and three other sets of people who were checking in did not either. Below is a letter that I wrote to the Hotel owner Pravin Patel: Mr. Patel: thank you for the kind email but I think you have other serious issues that need addressing. You have an employee who I consider dangerous interacting with the public. He had outbursts of wrath, bitterness, and malice when yelling at me. The look in his eyes is one that I will never forget. He then slammed the door and paced in the back room yelling that I was a "liar" when I spoke to corporate. He also yelled other loud verbalizations. I also believe he may have an issue with women. He refused to acknowledge that Sandra Legg, who gave me permission to bring 2 small dogs in to your establishment, existed. He repeatedly said "she did not work at the hotel". Even when I showed him her business card, which was on the counter, he was exhibiting strong vengeful anger and aggressive tendencies, yelling for me to get out of here. I read about your hotel on line and this is where I found out about your pet policy. Your hotel received alarming reviews which is why I called and spoke to Sandra Legg . Sandra indicated that she thought the reviews were unfounded. Sandra is the person who gave me permission to bring my two small pets to your hotel. I asked her twice if she had the authority to make that decision. Sandra assured me that she did. I also asked her to add a note to my portfolio about the TWO pets. Two elderly people walked in behind me and asked what was wrong with this man. It did not take them long to realize that this man was experiencing anger control issues. They decided to leave quickly. While I was in the parking lot talking to Red Roof corporate two other customers came and departed. When we arrived there was one car in the parking lot and we left there was one car in the parking lot. I am business man who stays in hotels at least 100 nights per year. I have been a Red Roof customer for 20 plus years. I have never been treated this disrespectful ever! I believe this man could have an extraverted personality and could be dangerous to others when he is angry. I believe so strongly that your employee has uncontrollable rage that I am going to do the following: 1.) Speak to the highest level of corporate management that I can if I do not hear back from them by the end of today. 2.) Leave this message on the Red Roof reviews. 3.) Post this message on Trip Advisor. 4.) I am going to try and find a number for the local authorities to report this outburst of wrath, bitterness, and malice. I really believe this man is dangerous. After being told by Red Roof corporate that this a individually own hotel and there is nothing they could do it may be time to find a new hotel chain.
