Avoid this hotel
October 22, 2019

My opinion is to avoid this hotel. First room they put me in smelled soured and floor was horrible dirty, shoes stuck to the floor. I complained, they moved me to a room that still smelled but wasn’t as bad as the first. Floor was filthy and slick, like ice. I had to go to the store, buy cleaner and clean the floor myself and it was sickening. Shower curtain had mold at the bottom and was filthy. Febreze should use this property as a test site - I bought a can and it took half of it to get the smell tolerable. They advertise recently remodeled - not sure what they updated or changed. If this is newly remodeled I can’t imagine what it was like before the remodel. They advertise coffee in the lobby - when you ask about coffee, they direct you to Dunkin Donuts down the street. The office opens at 11am, so when I checked out no one was there so I couldn’t register my full complaint - just put your room key in a drop box and go.....again, my opinion and experience says, run from this place...sleep in your car, it’ll be a better nights rest.

Nasty and falling apart
October 06, 2019

This place is disgusting on the outside. Someone keeps peeing by the stairwell. ON THE WALL. Condoms on the stairwells. People doing and selling drugs. Not enough supplies in the rooms. Cleaning people only change trash and clean toilet. Would not reccomend to anyone.

Skip it.

It all started when I walked into the office and had to wait 10 minutes for a woman to come to the desk from the back. She informed me that there would be a 50$ refundable fee for damages that would be refunded right after they inspect the room after checkout. She told us to go to room 110. We went in and the whole room smelt like weed. The tv was on. The bed was messed up. And someone’s bags were in there. She literally gave us keys to someone else’s room. So she moved out room and it was kinda gross. Mold and just rust and old. She also said if we were checking out before 7am to drop the keys in the mail slot on the office door. We ended up leaving at 5am and did what she said and put the keys through the door. I then get a voicemail the next day saying since I didn’t checkout I would be charged a late checkout fee and possible another night. I called 3 times. The phone rang and rang for 5 minutes each time. I ended up calling corporate and was on the phone with them for 27 minutes. And even they could not get ahold of this hotel. I eventually got a email from the “general manager” saying this is out of the ordinary for this hotel and that my damage deposit would be refunded in 15 days. What happened to the same day as checkout? The hotel is also just shady. Lots of shady people walking around. Drinking and smoking week right there. So not a good place for kids at all! Just save yourself the time and stress and stay somewhere more quality!

You'b be better off staying in a cardboard box or the local jail...

My fiancé travels frequently with his job so we’ve stayed in 100s of hotels. I will say this is the most horrible disgusting place I’ve ever stepped foot in. We made the mistake of booking & paying in advance for the cheapest rate-for 17 days we stayed in this 13x18 (yes, I measured this tiny room) rathole. Nasty does not even begin to describe the filth. When I realized we were stuck here I scrubbed the entire room top to bottom. While doing so I discovered mold growing behind the toilet and some sort of dried white fluid on the wall and headboard over the bed. The entire hotel reeks of weed & can be smelt all hours of the day/night. Visits from the local authorities are a DAILY occurrence. Not one time during our stay did anyone from the hotel come to bring clean towels, sheets, or other items typically supplied in a hotel-like toilet paper. After multiple request for clean linens we ended up buying our own. Regardless of how much money you think you will save AVIOD this place, especially if you haven’t been fully vaccinated.

Good for the price!

Stayed here last April and wasn’t very happy, decided to come back after realizing they have the lowest price in the area. They’ve made somr changes. They even have coffee in the lobby. The front desk could use some pep but it was clean and quiet. Glad I came back!
