A credit card is required for all online hotel reservations at Red Roof. This guarantees your reserved room until your arrival date. Your credit card will not be charged until you arrive at the hotel. If you do not feel comfortable using a credit card online to book your reservation, please feel free to book your reservation by calling 1-800-RED-ROOF or by contacting the hotel property directly.

Yes. If you do not cancel your online reservation as stated in Red Roof’s cancellation policy, your credit card will be charged for one night’s stay. You can review our cancellation policy at the bottom of your online reservation confirmation.

You can review or update your reservation online by submitting your confirmation number and last name. If you are having issues with accessing or modifying your reservation online, call us at 1-800-RED-ROOF.

All online reservations made through redroof.com are safe and secure. Your personal data as well as your credit card information are processed through a secure computer server which encrypts your information while in transit for further protection. For more details, review our privacy policy.

We can help you retrieve your confirmation number for your reservation. Simply contact the hotel property directly or call us at 1-800-RED-ROOF.

We send a confirmation to the email address you provide when reserving your room online. If your email address was entered incorrectly or is no longer active, we cannot send you written confirmation.

You still have a reservation with us, but we understand that it’s reassuring to still have it in writing. You can call us at 1-800-RED-ROOF or the hotel property directly to confirm your reservation and update your email address.

HomeTowne Studios by Red Roof does not participate in RediRewards for earning and redeeming points. Member Exclusives Rates are available at HomeTowne locations for RediRewards members, however RediRewards points will not be earned. Members may continue to earn and redeem points at Red Roof Inn, Red Roof PLUS and the Red Collection locations and may redeem points for gift cards and merchandise on the online RediShop catalog.

You can ask for rollaway beds or cribs as well as other special requests during the reservation process. When making your reservations online, fill out the Additional Requests section with your needs. When booking your reservation at 1-800-RED-ROOF or with the hotel property directly, please let us know so that we can make a note on your reservation with your request.

While we strive to honor your needs, some special requests cannot be guaranteed.

Red Roof offers guests the option to reserve ADA-compliant rooms which feature wider doorways, height-adjusted handles and mirrors, and additional grab bars in room baths. Many ADA-compliant rooms also offer roll-in showers.

To reserve 10 or more rooms per night for your group, you can contact our Group Sales Office at 1-800-874-9000 or by submitting this form. Our commercial customers can review their options on our Tailored by Red Roof™ page online.

We guarantee to hold your room for late arrival for all reservations booked with a credit card number. If you know in advance that you will arrive late, please note it in the Additional Requests section when booking your reservation online or by letting us know when making your reservation by phone. If you know you’ll arrive late within 24 hours of your reservation, please call the hotel property directly.

All RediRewards members automatically receive an 8PM courtesy hold on their reservation.

Early departure requests will be reviewed and approved at the discretion of hotel management and are subject to each property’s individual policies and procedures. Guests who depart prior to their confirmed check-out date acknowledge that such an early departure may not result in a refund for any unused portion of the stay. Refund eligibility, if any, will be determined solely by the property based on the rate type, method of booking, and applicable terms and conditions associated with the reservation.

Reservations booked under prepaid, advance purchase, or non-refundable rate plans are not eligible for refunds or credits in the event of early departure.

Guests are responsible for confirming their departure date at the time of check-in. Any modification to the confirmed departure date after check-in constitutes an early departure and will be subject to this policy.

Once you realize you’ve left an item behind, please contact us by calling the hotel property directly. We will then work with you to get your item returned.

At Red Roof, Your Pet Stays Free!

Red Roof is a pet-friendly brand. Red Roof Inn and Red Roof PLUS+ locations* welcome two well-behaved domestic pets (i.e., cat or dog, not to exceed 80 pounds per pet) per guestroom. The first pet stays free of charge. There is a $15 per night charge for the second pet. At management discretion, additional pets are permitted for an additional $15 charge per pet per night. The fee for additional pets may not exceed $105 per pet for guests staying 7+ nights. Please call the hotel directly prior to arrival or visit the “View Property” page on redroof.com to confirm the number of pets allowed.
