Red Roof Releases Inaugural Purpose With Heart Annual Report

Owner 147th Place, LLC invested about $20 million in the new-build property, which is the 700th property in Red Roof's portfolio. The 86-room interior-corridor hotel is located in the borough of Queens and is a quick train ride from the heart of New York City.
Developed in conjunction with owner and operator Dhruv Management, the newly built hotel adds 124 spacious extended-stay suites to the area and is designed to appeal to long-term visitors.
