I had a bad experience with Expedia not booking my room after driving over 450 miles to get to Jacksonville , Fl. However, I'm like what am I going to do I've came so far.??? I begin to panic n get worried. Maria Sanchez told me n assured me that everything will be ok. With my health issues n being handicapped only made me begin to hurt n I became very nervous bc, I had driven so far all alone. Maria assured me again after checking with Expedia n Priceline again not to worry. Maria was very, very helpful. I was still able to get a very close by room , wasn't very far from the front desk with less walking, I was so very Thankful I came in my room n prayed n I Thanked Jehovah for letting him have Maria Sanchez to be the person to come in contact with. Very helpful n she went beyond n over her duties. So very gracious. She didn't know I have so many health issues but, she graciously n very humbly assisted me as if she knew. Thank U Maria Sanchez we need more people's like YOU in the world. Please post this review to encourage others in businesses. My only wish when employees go over n beyond their duties that they get compensated. She didn't have to assist me but, it was from the genuine Heart she has.Thanks again.

I was in town for one night for a concert and needed a basic, clean hotel. Didn't want anything fancy since I would basically just be sleeping there. This fir the bill perfectly. You can tell the hotel is a bit older and needs some touch ups in places but was clean and in a good location. I would stay here again! I wish I could give this hotel a 'Good' rating. Above average, but a basic hotel so I wouldn't go Very Good.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. The General Manager was their too and she introduced herself, she asked if everything was ok, very quick check-in, clean rooms, lobby, and bathrooms. The managers name is Josephine Myers,super nice person, has the hotel in excellent condition. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you Josephine Myers for a wonderful stay.. Victor Cirerol

This is a great hotel in a great location with great customer service, it meets and exceeds all expectations for a great price. I found Wilita at check-in to be very friendly, welcoming, and helpful during our stay. The housekeeping staff are very friendly too and take great pride in clean rooms. I've talked to Mark the security officer a couple times during his Patrols in and around the hotel, it's always a great feeling to feel safe and secure away from home. Josephine the hotel manager and her staff at the Red Roof Inn ROCK!!!!!! We will be back very soon.

Pet Policy: One well-behaved family pet is permitted, at no additional charge. Pet must be declared during guest registration and kept on a lease when outside guest room.
