I stayed at this hotel for 10 days after I had my cosmetic surgery and the reception people were always rude! I was bleeding a lot from my incisions and stained the sheets and the bed mattress protector, the mattress did not get stained at all! I was told that I will be charged $300.00 for the cheap sheets that they provide and they ended up charging $600.000, they had my card information and they kept running my card until I called the bank to block them from charging more! plus I had to move from the room 3 times because they were very dirty and I found hairs inside the fridge I talked to the manager and was also very rude, they should know that their business is running for people like me and anyone else that stay at their hotel! but I will never again use red roof inn. save your time and you money people!!!

The hotel is near to the Miami Airport and I was afraid of I will hear the planes but the the windows sound insulation was very good. The breakfast were tasty and the pool was okay, too. Thank you so much! It was a really good memory and I believe in I will visit the hotel once (or twice) somewhen again ❤️

Hotel is good for the cost, as it includes a continental breakfast, but the airplanes going over every 30-45 seconds make it very hard to have a conversation outside. Pool was not cleaned in our entire stay there, so it didn't look very inviting. Shuttle service is just to/from airport, no "within a 5 mile radius" which would compliment the hotel greatly, as there are no restaurants or stores really close to the hotel.

The hotel has a fair breakfast and a good location if your visiting south FL. Because our plane arrived early in the morning, the available room was next to the noisy elevator. The bed and bathroom were acceptable and the price was very good. Security is excellent. While not the hotel's fault, there are virtually no places to eat in walking distance.
ParkSleepFly - Beware beware beware!!! Reservation lost and nothing but finger pointing.

We had a parksleepfly reservation that was email confirmed several times. When we got to the hotel at 9:00PM, after driving hours, they didn't have our reservation. The hotel gave us a parksleepfly number that stopped answering at 8:00. Parksleepfly said it's Red Roof's issue and Red Roof says it's parksleepfly's issue. Nothing but finger pointing and neither company is trying to address the issue so it doesn't happen again.
I've been trying all morning to get some answers but they blame each other. That's what I call very poor customer service!!!
CONFIRM AT THE HOTEL BEFORE EVER FEELING CONFIDENT YOU HAVE A RESERVATION AT RED ROOF OR PARKSLEEPFLY!!!
We had to find our own hotel since the hotel staff was not helpful. I will never stay at a Red Roof or use ParkSleepFly again. There are too many other hotels and car park services that we have used in the past without issue.
