We had terrible experience in this hotel. The room was very dirty and full of mold. Breakfast was poor. We couldnt sleep because of the mold. I do no recommend this hotel even for one night stand. I have never seen such a disgusting hotel room in my life. I have travelled so far 80+ countries, so I am used to any conditions, but such a dirty room I have never experienced.

We use this hotel when cruising from Miami. The big plus is the snooze and cruise package which gives you parking up to 14 days (when pkg is selected), and transport to the port included. Post cruise transport is NOT included, but can be arranged for a fee thru the company that takes you to the port. The area of the hotel is very industrial with a lack of quality eating nearby. Breakfast is included, but it is minimal. They have a convenience store onsite, and some rooms (upgrade) have microwaves. It is clean. They have a pool.

We recently stayed at this motel on a pre-cruise visit to Miami. It served our purposes because it had a free shuttle from the airport and a free shuttle to the port of Miami. And indeed these conveniences were exactly as advertised. However, we had to wait 35 minutes for the airport shuttle and the motel claimed we missed the first shuttle. We needed to call to make sure we got the next shuttle. We also needed to make a reservation for the port shuttle on the lobby computer but it was password protected, the desk clerk did not know the password, and no one was staffing the computer. The desk clerk was helpful and told us how to use our phone to do this instead. These shuttle hiccups stuck us as odd. There were other oddities about this place. At peak check-in time, the front desk was understaffed and a long wait line grew. Our room seemed clean but a drawer in the dresser was askew and would not fit properly. The sink faucet was completely loose and there was no obvious way to tighten it. The towels were thin and one of the face cloths was heavily frayed (see photo). The free breakfast was just prepackaged food and some of the packages were over a year past their expiration date. The fresh bananas were all soft and black on top. The location is in a hotel desert: you cannot walk safely to any food source and so must get delivery if you have no car. We would have given this place three stars because it did fit our needs but the post-expiration breakfast foods dropped it by one star.

This was my experience with the hotel. I choose to stay there because some of my guest (im working on the tourism area) gave me a nice recommendation for that. First Location, closed to Miami Intl App an the Train station, perfect for me because I need go to work. Monday at 615am I called directly to the front desk and explain to the gentlemen I need add my husband name under the second guest (the reservation was under my name) because im still working for the check in time. I didnt catch his name, but he take the time to add the name a remember me all that my husband need. Great! Kuddos... (10 of 10) Well around 339pm my husband called and advice tp methe hotel need my ID to do the check in and need that I send an email. Around 411pm I able to contact the from desk and Nicholas,when I start explain to me they need my Id. "Excuse me Nicholas, if you go in the second guest or notes yoi able to see the name of my husband because this morning the employee added. If you using Opera system you able to find it." One moment, ah I find it, Is he have an ID? (my inner voice hello if he stay on the front of the checkin area is because he have it) yes and the Form of Payment. (3-10) Around 5pm my family arrive to our room. Well after long shift I arrived to the hotel... Our room will be on the second floor. I agree with one of the review the hallway smell if they dont vacummed in a while. (0-10) When open my room door smell a strong mold issues ( again long shift and only want take a shower, eat and sleep) was around 9pm. And also a lot of dust under the beda.Im confess guilty I didnt call to the FD and made a complaint. Following day: 7:00 am I just going to the breakfast area and ask the employee for a tray that I able to "delivery" my sons breakfast because they are sleeping. He says as per HOTEL POLICY NO FOOD OUT OF THE AREA. What??? In the web site, in the hotel or in the room is nothing to show you that policy. Im go to the FD and Explain to Alan my situation and only he says I apologize but is the policy (5times) and then he was so rude and tell well wake up before 9am and they able to come an had a breakfast. Im start leaving and see some guest bring the food of the designated area I back to him, Hey Alan some of the guest is leaving with some "food", and his respond: im not police officer, well if they do Im do it is only to let you know. Ask for the manager and inform me he arrive at 830am. (0-10) I left the hotel and go to work. I called guest relation desk and made the complaint. This morning i receive an Apologize letter from the general manager. I go to meet him, is my day off and the end of the stay. I talk face to face and he repeat the Hotel Policy regarding the breakfast. Is understandable when guest take advantage for that, Free Continental Breakfast, but they need to be clear with family guest. About the cleaness of the room He says again apologize, about the mold,the same world. He offer me move to another room, hello is only two days stay. (7-10) If we evaluate here my score: Location 10-10 Customer Ser 0-10 Clean 0-10 And I Apologize If my review dont excess your expectation. I hope they fixed the room 222 I include the pictures to validate, thats for the AC and restroom. Stars? 2 Im waist 175usd

My best friend and I stayed at this hotel in July 2017. We were very pleased with it. The updated rooms were very clean, and the beds were comfy. I'm very pleased that they had no carpets in the rooms. I'm a bit of a stickler bout the little things. I hate carpet floors in a hotel room, you never know if they are truly clean, enough of the that. The concierge service is wonderful and they also recommend nice places to eat, and things to do, since it was a last minute girls getaway. It's convenient to the airport & rental car places, also close to the highways & shopping. The pool area is very nice & clean. We enjoy the stay, you will be very happy when you stay here. The price was excellent and we even felt like we got a steal. Thanks to the wonderful staff.
