Do not recommend!

We stayed at this establishment for 5 nights this past week. Walking into the facility you pass a trash can overflowing with trash, a pool area that had been turned into a storage facility. The pool had water in it that was stagnant and had a disgusting film on it. Walking into the building you see signs all over stating the facility is 100% smoke free. The front desk staff was alright when checking is in. We were assigned room 320 and had been told we were upgraded to a plus room. Walking out to the elevators onto the third floor we immediately smelled cigarette smoke. As we continued down the hall the smell was stronger and stronger. As we approached our room the smell seemed to be coming from one of the 3 rooms next to us as the smell was extremely strong. At first our room wasn’t too bad until we noticed hair within the sheets of both beds. On one bed you could see make up stains on the sheets and pillows. Leading us to believe the sheets were not changed from the previous people who stayed there. We reserved the room ahead of time as three adults. The bathroom was only stocked with towels for two, there was a half a roll of toilet paper. When we called to the front desk we were told that they didn’t have a cleaning service everyday and would be cleaned Tuesday and Thursday. Our room was cleaned Tuesday however the sheets were not changed and once again were only left with two towels. Our room was not cleaned on Thursday as we were told would happen. By Tuesday the smoke smell got way worse and was in our room as if we were smoking in there. When we complained we were told that others had complained too but that management had instructed the employees to not do anything about it. One night there were people fighting and you could hear banging, screaming, stuff being thrown around and a dog barking continuously at 11pm. When we called the front desk to alert them to what was going on we were told they would look into it but the commotion continued all night. As part of the room upgrade we were told the beds were extra soft with extra soft pillows. This was not the case. The beds were awful you could feel every spring in the mattress. The pillows were not soft plush pillows. The whole experience was not what the company advertises. When we complained upon check out we were told by the man at the front that he is well aware and sorry about what we experienced but that the hotel had been that way for a while. He doesn’t like it and only works there for extra money. He stated that he would not stay at the hotel himself. The pictures on the website do not look anything like what you actually get when staying at the hotel. The whole experience was not at all what we thought it would be.

What a wonderful stay!

I stayed At Red Roof Inn on our 2nd anniversary this year. Even though it's during the COVID-19, I felt safe and extremely comfortable. The Maintenance staffs kept on cleaning the lobby with disinfection spray snd everyone had their masks on. All the services I got provided was great too. The rooms were quite lovely. Very spacious and comfortable beds. All of the hotel staffs were extremely nice and friendly. I loved being able to bring my four pawed family member. Mr.Pickles (my english bulldog) also sends his thanks! I spent a great anniversary here. Thank you to everyone (especially Thanuja!) Five Excellent Stars!

Great overall experience!

I recently stayed at the Red Roof Plus in Woburn and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was great. The rooms were amazing, the location was perfect and the price could not be beat! I will definitely be staying again and recommending this hotel to whoever will listen!


There’s bed bugs don’t do it they switched our room at 2 am I was bit by bugs and will be reporting them very poorly handled I was told to call the manager Monday unacceptable and not ok I now can’t sleep and will not stay

beyond expectation

I was stranded for 2 days in Woburn, MA, so I didn't plan ahead on getting a room somewhere, I just check into one close to my location, but everything was beyond expectation, starting with young lady at the front desk, nice person, she wasn't bothered by my small question, clean and fresh room. quiet location, close to everything, and I felt I didn't waste my money getting a room with reed roof. it was the nicest red roof room that I got so far
