Very disappointed
November 02, 2019

Stayed 2 nights visiting family. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. Beds are very hard, pillows are flat as a pancake. The 2nd night the guest in the room beside us had a dog and he barked all night. At 1230 am I went to the front desk to complain and I was first told there was no dogs on the 2nd floor. I assured her there was. I even had the video on my phone as proof. She said she would check on it but she was not sure she could do anything. Also at 3am some guest stood in the hall talking very loud for 30 min.

Details, details, details!

We arrived in town for a family visit a few hours early and stopped to see about checking in. The front desk staff seemed accommodating until the very last minute when she said it was a $25 early check in fee for the $90 room. We passed. Came back a few hours later to check in and as we rode to the 4th floor, I was disgusted at the level of yuck and dirt on the floor and walls. It’s an elevator, so I let it go. The room. Tiny closet with a pocket door for a bathroom, bed with the hardest mattress I’ve seen, microwave precariously stacked on top of a refrigerator, tv, desk and couch. The AC unit was held up by a wooden block. The restroom- small, very small. It was clean with extremely noticeable rust and dirt in the shower door. The toilet didn’t flush so we went to the front desk to see what could be done. I was a little annoyed that her first comment was we can’t get a plumber here today. Only after calling who was either the manager or the owner and relaying what my husband said was broken did the person on the phone decide to come look. We were told he may not be able to fix it. We went to dinner and came back and it was repaired. That was basically the best part of the trip. Sink outside the bathroom had a broken plug. Not a ridiculously big deal. I went to get ice from apparently the only ice machine in the building and it’s sitting right next to a bin with a bunch of plants. Seems sanitary. I was not a fan of the curtains that flooded light into the room from the sides all night. Pic was from 245 am. Let’s talk about plugs. Why are there no plugs or USB plugs by the bed or on the table lamp? There was an extension cord taped/glued to one of the nightstands. Woke up at 615 to loud conversations in the hallway outside our door. I decided to use the coffee pot provided and poured in a cup of water and turned it on. It then made a FULL pot of coffee that I did not drink. How long was that water in there!? It was not a bad room, just dated and not really worth $90.

Poor Management and Customer Service
October 19, 2019

I nor my family members will never stay at this hotel again. The service has really declined, We have stayed at this hotel in the past (before the name change to Red Roof Inn) and I would refer other friends and family members. The manager is not accessible. I had a problem with my bill and was not able to get it resolved.

Hotel is Subpar and Ghetto
September 09, 2019

This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in. The owners are private and just use the Red roof inn name. Red Roof Inn Corporation should drop them from being able to use the name. Their policies are not in line with the Corporation and the owners are not accommodating anywhere from the number of pets you may have to refund of money when they do not meet the standards of simply having a cleanroom. DO NOT stay here it would be better to sleep in a truckers hotel.

This hotel is NOT pet friendly!
August 10, 2019

I booked this place on and when I got there the manager refused to let me check in with one service animal and one pet, and refused to refund my money. I ended up having to stay down the road at a much more expensive hotel with a non refundable pet fee. I never had a problem with Red Roof Inns in the many years that I've stay at them with pets. I can't believe how terribly I was treated. DON'T STAY HERE!!!
