The place is dirty, no Covid measures, terrible staff, untrained /unwilling to help and no empathic manager
Place was dirty, the manager booked us in and “forgot” to mention that even though their 3rd party company we booked with offered us a sleeping accommodation for 2 adults and 2 kids as a room with a master bedroom and a couch/sleeper it was their policy that the couch wasn’t to be used as a bed but only as a couch. The pull out bed has a dirty mattress that was very deteriorated, ripped and even had a long nail on it. When we complain the manager was very rude, interrupted us when we try to speak and then called the cops cause we told her she fail to mention her policy when she booked us in knowing we had 4 people and her “policy” says we can’t use the couch/bed as a accommodation to sleep people in. So it’s ok to take out money but not to listen to our complain or even try to fix the situation for us. I don’t know what kind of people this lady deal with on a daily basis but she has no customer service skills. I had to drive 4 more hours to be able to come back home with a 2 year old and a 12 year old. Mind you I drove 4 hours to get there. If this is how Red Roof inn conduct business with paying customers I don’t want to imagine how they treat their employees to have them take it on their customers. They need to clean the place, re train their employees and get managers that have an idea on how to help their customers. If I could give it 0 starts I would. Don’t book here it’s a terrible place to stay.
