We checked in late, left early

The property was easily accessible from the highway . We just needed a place to sleep for the night before heading for the ocean the following morning. The employees were friendly. At check in they were training a new person, so it was just a bit slower. Most of our room was clean, but there seemed to be some kind of renovations going on . There was sawdust near the door and the curtains. Everything else was fine.

Recently stayed here at the last minute and I want to say it was the best red roof I’ve been too .. epsecially the ones in the same area ... very well clean and up kept . . Made a reservation and Mary helped me when I came to check in ... Very friendly and professional... I was in and out ... overall great stay and I would recommend to anyone 👍🏼

Have been residents/guests at hotel since Nov. 2018. ALL employees we've had the pleasure of interacting with very accommodating, readily acknowledge guests, have professional work ethic, well dressed, groomed, wear name tags, greet all guests in warm, friendly manner. If, (rarely) a problem should arise through no human error, an employee will immediately address it in a correct manner. Front desk staff all proficient with job skills and interacting with various members of the public. Mary is highly proficient with all job and public interaction skills/requirements. She can almost anticipate a guests need before they even ask! She has years of experience and can always provide a guest with the best directions, service. She ALWAYS greets every guest promptly and offers to be of service. She can multitask effectively with focus .She has a good rapport with fellow employees. Mary is an asset for Dan and the company. Sheila very proficient with job skills and customer service. Warmly greets guests, offers to be of service, makes long-term guests/residents fell welcome, comfortable. She can multi-task while focused on each task. She has a calm, warm, welcoming personality. She knows the area and can direct out-of-towners to restaurants, stores, etc. Has good rapport with co-workers. She is an asset for Dan and the company. Doug is highly skilled and proficient with all job requirements which he performs professionally in a calm manner. He acknowledges and accommodates guests efficiently and professionally. He can quickly and effectively address sudden situations due to occasional guest mishaps. He has a good rapport with co-workers. He is an asset for Dan and the company. New hire Joel is a pleasant, calm, mature and responsible young man who has quickly adapted, learned new job skills, developed good rapport with co-workers, and interacts with guests in a professional, calm and proficient manner. He will no doubt prove to be an asset for Dan and the company. The maintenance team is exceptional with grounds, rooms, common areas, parking lot etc. maintained, surveyed, cleaned, addressed for any compromised or safety issues throughout the day and on call if and when needed. Gentleman Hubert is always faithfully and efficiently working hard keeping the grounds, parking lot and common areas spotless. He greets guests with a warm hello and smile and wishes them a good day which no doubt sets their day off in a positive way. He is an asset for Dan and the company. John is the foundation of the crew and daily inspects in it's entirely the grounds, building, etc. takes note of anything to be addressed and promptly delegates work to be done. He's very professional and inspects word, repairs, etc. after their completion. He is a gentleman greeting guests, opening and/or holding a door open or the elevator door open for you. He is an asset for Dan and the company. Stanford is a mild, warm gentleman who greets guests with a warm hello. He is always busy performing tasks at hand. He has a good rapport with co-workers. He is an asset for Dan and the company. Randy is a mild, pleasant and mature young man. He is highly responsible and performs assigned job duties thoroughly and in a timely manner. He greets guests warmly and has a good rapport with co-workers. He is an asset for Dan and the company. Finally the laundry and cleaning and room service crew. Rita is always at her station thoroughly washing, drying, folding and sorting towels and bed linens. She is pleasant, accommodating, and acknowledges guests in a friendly manner. She has a good rapport with co-workers and is an asset for Dan and the company. Maggie is warm, friendly, accommodating, always asking what she can do to be of service to make your stay better. She is an asset for Dan and the company. The Hindi workers are exceptional, very pleasant, accommodating, willing to go out of their way to please guests, always asking if you need anything or help to make your stay pleasurable, comfortable, more enjoyable. They make you feel like a family member or guest in their home and take great pride in guest comfort. I was glad when Anil and Leela returned to work after their home visit to India. It is always a good thing when an employer can retain good long-term employees. This couple works very thoroughly, detailed, pleasant and accommodating. They have taught me several things about their culture and country which was/is most enjoyable. They are both assets for Dan and the company. Jay and Indu are also a pleasant hard-working couple. They efficiently and thoroughly perform job tasks. They are pleasant, mild and Indu has shared things about her culture with me which was/is most enjoyable. They are both assets for Dan and the company. Danny and Bharti are a very warm and friendly couple. They perform their job tasks thoroughly, detailed and accommodatingly. They both have shared so much knowledge of their culture and country with me and every day I wait with anticipation to see if they have anything new to share with me. They are both assets for Dan and the company. Overall my extended stay here has been a ten out of ten thanks to the great crew working here.

I go to this hotel often & enjoy the service & friendliness of the staff, such as Mary at the front desk & Danny who cleans the rooms. They are always happy to greet you & help in any way they can. Never have a problem getting extra towels, etc.
