Family Vacay

My family stayed at red roof over the weekend and we will be back again! The staff was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Brittni is definitely an asset to the company and made sure our stay was what it was & the GM Kim is such a sweetheart! Thank you for all that you do 🖤

My go to place

Love staying here! The building is older and worn down and could use a facelift. My room was clean and spacious! The staff is wonderful. The only missing is the breakfast! I miss the biscuits and gravy!

Horrible room, the bathroom ceiling was falling in, smoke detector hanging by it's wires, holes in the walls, main room ceiling coming apart at the wall, wiring conduit broken apart at the floor, major damage to the paint in the room, neighboring occupants having a screaming fight in the hall, no answer at the front desk when I called. Exit door to parking lot was missing the latch. Nearby room has the lock ripped from the door. No discernible maintenance in quite some time. Can't say anything good about this hotel.

Definitely disappointed ;(

This Red Roof Inn leave MUCH to be desired. The building itself is old and in need of improvement. It appears a slight attempt at improving the facilities was made. However, how many years ago, I do not know. Also, the cleaning staff is in desperate need of a refresher course on how to properly clean a room to make it ready for the next guest. Besides the fact that the room hadn’t been dusted in who knows how long due to the large cobwebs accumulating in the corners and ceiling, the tables had not been wiped down and the floors had not been swept. In fact, upon entry to the room we found the head of a razor just lying outside the entrance to the bathroom. The hallway was dark, dingy, and the carpet had many large stains. Then there was the noise factor. All night long doors slamming people talking and dogs barking. Finally, the curtains were broken at the top, so it was impossible to close them completely to keep the parking lot lights from shining through EACH. AND. EVERY. CREVICE! While it was the cheaper loving place in the area, I would expect a lot better product for the price paid. Definitely NOT a happy customer.

Not Satisfied

From the outside parking lot there was old crumbling sidewalk/entry to doorways. People hanging around waiting for who knows what. One person offered my husband $10 for a ride somewhere. Enter the building the hallway reeks of cigarettes. Our door security lock on the inside was barely hanging on. The room was dirty. Floors never looked to be mopped, pillow cases/ towels had dirt stains as if they were dropped on the floor before being folded or put on the pillow. The outlets missing covers, coffee maker looks unsafe to use. Phone and TV remotes filthy. Smell is smoke inside room heavy even though sign on desk said non-smoking room. Only one towel in bathroom, went to front desk they wanted the other towels we told them there weren’t any she gave us 2 towels for the 2 adults and 1 child in our room. Later they gave us more said they were doing laundry and were very short staffed. I understand we had a group rate discount but this place is a lot older, dirtier, sketchier than the photos on their website. Just be prepared to bring Clorox wipes and safety precautions. Probably won’t ever stay here again.
