They kept changing the price

We did not stay here although we did consider it. We did not stay because the price went from 90. to 120 while we were talking. The place; is a dump and not worth 50.00 We looked at a room and it was smelly and there was no carpet on the floor. The place is dingy. For some reason, the people in this town are grossly overcharging for accommodations. I would go to another city.

Made reservation one month out and charged full price up front. Received confirmation email saying no refunds upon cancellation. One week out, called to hope to get refrige, microwave, coffeepot --server down call back, Upon calling back Patricia tells us she cannot assign room b/c it was made on line. Upon arrival Patricia says server down, time ticks by, note in computer to collect from us. Charged credit card again !! Remember no refunds! Patricia said they've had trouble before with Expedia or Travelocity. we did not even use either of them and our credit card statement showed it was charged by Red Roof Inn. Room on second floor and only stairs. Reserve a month out and staying 3 nights does not get you on ground floor. God help those who have worse knees and hips than we do. Room had none of the hoped for amenities. Go back to talk to Patricia and she said the fridge was in there when she checked earlier. "They have been moving them around a lot". She said she would see if she could get us one. We never bothered to ask again because it was obvious they were intent on taking as much money as possible and giving the customer as little as possible. Patricia had a rehearsed and prepared excuse for everything. I met a man who had been charged more than I and was equally as disheartened. I did check the mousetrap in the room and I was so relieved that nothing was in it. I had not stayed in a motel in some years but I got an education on what to look for and what to avoid. It's a shame that the owner and employees engage in this type of greed at the expense of ruining the name of a franchise. Guess which one I now will avoid.

We didn't even have a clock radio, no fridge no microwave no breakfast, no in room coffee Bed and tv was about it for 125.00! sorry we didn't ask to see the room before we took it! Paid way to much for nothing!

We often stay at Red Roof Inns when traveling with our small dog. This location appeared to be newer and advertised remodeled rooms. It was pretty much what I expected when I entered the room, based on other updated location I had stayed in. The room was fairly clean, however, the floor looked as if it hadn't been swept/mopped in a while. There was visible dirt and grime on the floor. I do appreciate the laminate flooring, however, rather than carpet. This is particularly necessary in a hotel that allows pets. Also, the carpet on the stairs and in the hallways was in need of a good vacuuming. The windows opened to our room, which was a nice option, as many hotels don't. However, the road noise from just outside the window proved to be too much to leave it open for the whole night. This location does not provide breakfast. Overall, this location is pretty typical of the updated RRI experience. I would likely stay here again.

This hotel was very clean, the staff was a amazaing and went out of there way to make sure we were comfortable. My dog got loose in the morning while I was sleeping and they were so nice they kept her safe behind the front desk until I came looking for her. If your in the area and need a place to stay this is the best choice!
