I was very pleased with the staff, great service and Anissa at the desk was very helpful! All around good hotel. This hotel is also well kept and quiet. The rooms were very clean and plenty of fresh towels and coffee daily.

Nice place to come an visit an lay ur head down an sleep with out thinking someone's going to break inn ur ride u got a lot of cameras watching every thing an u can get to the beach in 8 minutes or the casinos

Really really nice people and the beds were extremely comfortable and the employees were very very nice I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone I loved it It was very clean and cozy So if you want to stay in Biloxi Mississippi this is the place to be

Based on some previous reviews, we figured we'd give Red Roof Inn a try. At check-in there were 8 families and one receptionist trying to help all of us. She was also answering the phone at the same time (a real pet peeve of mine). However, she was beyond kind, patient, and professional with everyone, including a couple at the front of the line determined to be rude. It took nearly 40 minutes to check in. We were on the third floor, on the entrance side of the hotel. The room itself...well, the hallway and the room smelled like smoke even though the hotel is non-smoking. The comforter on the bed had a large hole in the middle of it, what looked to be a cigarette burn. The pillows were pretty limp and awful. I brought my own from home, but my husband wadded up several of them into a pillowcase and made do. The floors had no carpet (bonus!), but they were sticky. I wiped one of the bleach wipes (I always pack some of these) across the floor to remove some of the stickiness and the wipe ended up black; the floors were not clean! Strangely, the rest of the room (sink, toilet, counter, tub) did seem very clean. The refrigerator was handy for food and drinks and kept everything cold. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable, so we slept well. The carpet in the hallway looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time, and the elevator was dirty. A bonus is the parking lot is very brightly lit, so we felt safe. The location is okay, but the little side road leading up to the hotel (in fact, all the hotels on that road) floods a bit during heavy rain. Every employee we encountered during our stay asked how we were doing, smiled, and went out of their way to be helpful and kind. If a few of the issues mentioned above could be corrected, this would be an outstanding hotel because the hardest part is already done---finding good people!

Absolutely Awful!

I can look past many things, but filth I cannot abide. The chair next to one of the beds is incredibly stained. It is impossible to determine the last time the floor in the bathroom was swept. The carpet in the room was removed and there is a solid floor in its place. Nice, except that the floor was sticky; my shoes stuck when I walked. The room is very uncomfortable. No blankets at all, and just two pillows per bed which were FAR past their replacement date. We went to the front desk to ask for a replacement light bulb for the wobbling reading lamp next to the bed as well as more (or replacement) pillows. The person at the front desk advised that they were “out of pillows”, but was able to retrieve a light bulb and two additional pillows from one of the other guest rooms. In fact, the only shining star in this visit was the person behind the reception desk. She was very accommodating and cordial. I CANNOT recommend this hotel. Those reviewers reporting that the hotel was recently updated must have been staying in a different area than we were. A very, very poor accommodation indeed.
