This is the second time I have stayed at this location, staff was great, room was nice, clean and will taken care of. Hiten greated me at check in, and was very helpful. He also took care of myself & family on our first visit abouut 2 years ago. He was also at front desk when we checked out, asked about our stay. I enjoy this location & will be going back in a few months for a longer stay. Room cleaning staff really enjoyed my 2 pugs.

Affordable, clean, very close to town attractions

We had a room with two beds, adjoining to another room rented by a family member; I noticed the rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, slept very well. The continental breakfast and coffee was great. Coffee is available in the lobby all day as well. The evening innkeeper was extremely friendly and helpful. The morning crew was very hospitable as well. I loved the fact that it was 1/4 mile from Magic Springs and other attractions. For an inn it isn't bad at all, I would definitely stay there again, especially with how absolutely friendly the staff were. Before making our trip I read some good reviews mentioning their hospitality; it was indeed a good experience, fit in our budget, and loved how close it was to attractions/restaurants in town.

Showing its age, but a good value

If you want everything perfect and fancy, this ain't a place for you. If you can deal with minor details like cracked tiles in the bathroom, crumbling woodwork, basic breakfast and the occasional funky smells, the low price and nice staff should make this a worthwhile stay. Easy-breezy check-in, and the room looked like it had just been redone. It looked great! The bathroom was a little rough around the edges, but functional. All the gadgets worked and thanks for a fridge with a freezer compartment, as I found out the night before that not all have them. The kids LOVED the big pool! We slept well, maybe too well, because the Saturday morning breakfast crowd was ganged up in the narrow breakfast area. Thank goodness for the overflow seating! Waffles were the high point, with scrambled eggs being the only other hot food item, unless something cooked in a toaster or microwave counts. Still, for what we paid, it was a great value, enough breakfast to get us through to lunch. The kids will probably ask to stay here again because of the cool pool.

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

We stayed at this location due to its proximity to the Hot Springs National Park and Downtown. We paid more than $80 for this room and I have to say, it was worth much less. I am sure this location had its hayday (much like most of Hot Springs) 20-30 years ago, but the pictures you see are not what you get when checking in. Let's start from the beginning.... I reserved a handicapped room due to having recent knee replacement surgery and PAID for it. When I checked in, that room was not available so I took a King room. We had our grandson with us so we all had to sleep together. Next, we drive around to the room and the whole establishment just felt shady. It was dirty to say the least with a diaper and cigarette butts everywhere with cracks all over. When we entered the room, it was laughable at best. A microwave that was probably once white, now yellow; a dilapidated desk chair that was faux leather that was torn with the leather coming off all throughout the room; a TV that did not work, not to mention it was the smallest TV I've seen in a hotel in many years; and then the electrical "wiring" in the room. I am right at 6 foot tall and the bathroom ceiling had been lowered to maybe 6 and a half foot. So looking past that, my guys wanted to swim and the pool looked awesome but as you got close, there were many safety issues (cracks, lighting, old equipment, etc.). There was a handicapped person who got stuck in the pool and her family had to lift her out after the lift chair got stuck. I am serious, I cannot make this up! I have taken pictures of all of the things I mentioned. The one saving grace was the gentleman who was working the front office when we checked in; he was amazing and full of helpful information about Hot Springs. We were truly afraid to be there overnight and would suggest anyone reading this, look at the newer hotels in Hot Springs.

Run down and noisy clientele

This hotel is “tired” at best. The parking lot was full of trash. The bathroom was tired and small. The door to the room didn’t close completely. The AC was really noisy. The front desk staff was not professional. A lot of really loud people with kids that ran the hallway were there. It was a room but nothing more. I would not stay here again.
