Average Motel at a Decent Price
February 17, 2020

Stayed for one night while visiting Hot Springs National Park. Everything about our stay was pretty standard. Check-in/Check-out: Easy, no issues. Room: Decent all around, seemed clean. Only issue was it was kind of loud. We had a room facing the road and there were more rooms set back from the main road. We were confused why they weren't booking people in those since the motel wasn't anywhere close to being at full capacity, but it wasn't that bad, just a little loud for my taste. Property: The exterior is slightly run down and could use updating. The interior needs work too. There were at least 6 spots in the lobby/ breakfast area where there were drips coming from the ceilings. Buckets had been places to catch the drips but it was clear it had been this way for a while. Breakfast: It was about average. No freshly made food. There was a waffle maker, fruit, packaged muffins, packaged oatmeal, etc. About what you would expect at this price point but a few more options would have been nice. Overall: Great place for the price, but a little loud and the place could use some improvements.

Great deal

For the price of this motel you get a lot. Dogs and children under 18 stay free, free breakfast, and a hiking trail. Rooms are moderate but clean. Customer service is the best, extremely nice and helpful. There is a hiking trail next to the motel. The access was literally outside our room. Everyone had fun and saved money by staying here.

Long night!
October 13, 2019

The room was clean. The people who checked us in were very kind. The whole problem was the bed. I get people enjoy different firmness in a mattress but we could have slept outside on the ground and it would have been softer than sleeping on this mattress. I truly hate to leave such a low review but that being said we’re here to sleep and when we can’t do that because we’re miserable from the mattress being so hard I have to leave a low review.

Clean hotel and extremely helpful staff.
September 27, 2019

My wife, other family members, and I were in Hot Springs to attend the funeral of my brother, who had been killed in a head-on collision. Members of the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. First, we were able to add a second room at a reduced rate for additional family members who were coming the day after we checked in. Second, the second group were given a first-floor room because stairs would be a problem for one member of the group; third, for our second night there, we were allowed to change our room from the second floor to the first to be next to our family members at no extra charge; fourth, both rooms were nicely situated facing the outdoor pool. Our first night there, the smoke alarm started "chirping" about 2:00 a.m. When we called the front desk, a staff member came immediately and replaced the battery. There was no further problem, and we were able to get back to sleep with no problem. We are happy to strongly recommend a stay at this hotel. It is easy to find, clean, the staff are very helpful, and the breakfasts and internet service are good.

Extra nice reception!
September 20, 2019

We chose Red Roof because we were traveling with our dog. The man at the reception desk went out of his way, actually checked us into two different rooms and let us select which would be best for us for easy outside access. Although vegetarian, he went online and searched for a seafood restaurant, printed out directions and even marked it on a map! We enjoyed a hot shower and breakfast with waffles, scrambled eggs, and yogurt. Thanks for providing a clean place to stay for those of us traveling with our beloved pets.
