Stayed here for a week this month for work. My room had two beds, a kitchen with two burners, microwave, fridge and coffee maker (not furnished with utensils). There were also two pullout bed/couches, a desk, and TV. Bathroom was clean. I had interactions with three staff members, they were all quite friendly, and asked if I needed anything. Slightly dated fixtures, but good enough for me. Even though I wasn't paying for it, and I'm cheap as hell even with other folks' money, I felt like it was a good value. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely stay here. It's only five minutes from "downtown".

I have never had an experience like this before. My fiancé and I booked a room here, when we got there they put us in a dirty room, hair everywhere, stains on bed, dirty toilet. I was grossed out but was like ok honest mistake. The guy at the front desk apologized and said "I'll take you to a room I know is clean because I cleaned it myself". When we walked in I almost threw up. Toilet was disgusting, wet towels in the sink, hair on the sheets, toiletries wrappers all over the floor. Finally we couldn't take it and left. We didn't even stay at the hotel that night and stayed elsewhere. The hotel would not refund us! I couldn't believe it. Still can't. Please see the photos....

EVERYONE at this hotel was really nice and friendly. Although I did not get everyone's name, help was offered to me whenever I was at the main desk (I was on crutches.) Each time I was in there, the person behind the desk would get the door for me without me asking. Chris, Ebony, and Julia all helped me at some point. When I first arrived, I thought it was especially nice that--although he was about to walk out of the building--Chris chose to wait until I got out of the car (very slow on my crutches!) so he could check me in and I wouldn't have to wait. Again, I did not ask for this. It was just a thoughtful act on Chris's part. Ebony was also very nice and saved a breakfast plate for me when I couldn't get there on time. I only asked for a couple of things, but she had a beautiful plate prepared for me when I got to the breakfast room. This saved me from having to get 1 thing at a time because on not being able to walk right now. Julia helped me while I was at the soda machine and it wouldn't take me dollars. She brought me change so the machine would work! I talked with Brian on the phone and told him what a great stay I had and asked where I could leave a review. He was super-appreciative, and although I did not meet him, he has the kind of voice that is kind and friendly--one that would make a customer want to go there. Thoughtful, great group of people! Also, it's great that they allow dogs here. I miss my pups when I travel for work, and other people's dogs make my day. Thanks Everyone!

My first impression was through the dirty window. The pillows had no pillow cases and were all over the bed like the room was being used. We opened the door- which was already OPEN and was hit full face with a dirty, musty smell. There was no way we were staying. I turned around and walked out. I would have slept in my car before sleeping here. Moved on to room #2 with no confidence. It was almost as disgusting. I was aware it was no Hilton but this place is uninhabitable. The man at the front desk was apologetic and gave us our $ back. This is a sorry excuse for a hotel. Avoid at all costs.

I stayed in the car in front of the office while my husband went to check in. A minute later a guy in a car a couple cars from me runs in and he's the front desk worker. He left a car with a person or two in that car. When we opened our motel door he reeked of cigarettes and dog pee. There were strange people hanging around and we didn't feel safe. We left and would not stay there. The front office smelled horrible, too
