Clean and comfy
July 18, 2019

I mean it’s a Red Roof.. but it’s super clean, the beds and bedding are immaculate. Alas no fridge. Quick friendly check in... all for a bargain price. Easy access to highways. I would certainly recommend .. we travel quite a bit and I was impressed by the attention to detail in this “2” star hotel.

Price, Location and Staff
July 12, 2019

This motel is not quite a 5 but more than a 4, considering; price, location and staff. Not fancy by any means, but I felt comfortable, safe and appreciated. I was pleased with the cable lineup, WiFi speed and the room attendant’s commitment to cleanliness. The room with a king sized bed was adequate for my needs, although the building exterior can use a facelift. Easy to understand why the place is always busy.

Another great stay at the Red Roof Inn
July 01, 2019

Stayed there for one night this weekend. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, both my dog and I had a good night sleep. I requested a room in the back on the ground floor and was very happy that my request was accommodated. Didn’t get his name but the guy at check in was very nice and I saw him again at check out. A nice surprise was being offered a couple of bottles of water upon check-in. Property is very well maintained. I had one very minor issue. I was so tired upon check-in that I waited until the next morning (when I was checking out) to report it so the next person in the room wouldn’t have to experience it. The guy at the check-in desk immediately relayed my issue to the maintenance guy and he said he’d take care of it. Overall would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here a third time!

Great Value For Price & Staff DOES Care
June 30, 2019

I've stayed at the Milford Red Roof Inn for a total of almost 2 weeks (spread out) in 2019. I enjoy staying here a lot and find the issues to be minimal. First, this place is quiet and much, much, much cleaner than the Motel 6 across the street. There is a standard of cleanliness here which is obvious. This isn't the fanciest place ever, there are minor imperfections in some of the room's ceilings or fixtures but it's not horrible by any means. Some of the rooms have doors that have finicky locks but the staff is accommodating of it. They seem to fix issues that exist rather than ignore them, and I commend that. So other than a tiny bit of repairs that could be done, it's a nice place. The property itself feels secluded because of the trees and grass around it, and there are beautiful flowers and plants. There are a couple picnic tables outside and it's definitely relaxing to be here. What I love about this place is that you get excellent service for a great value. The staff here doesn't treat you like garbage just because this isn't a 5 star hotel. This Red Roof Inn is loved by the owner and it shows. Of course the rooms are nice, the little in room coffee makers are nice, but what sticks out the most is the staff. I like coming here because they respect my privacy and I can really relax. If I check in, I am greeted kindly and set up for my stay. If I have an issue, it's promptly resolved without making me feel like a burden for bringing it up. I get respect here simply for being a person, and that goes such a long way. Victor is especially kind and you can tell he takes the responsibilities of his job seriously. He cares that his customers have a good stay and he's just simply a nice person. The manager has been very kind to me as well. This is a good hotel. It sells out rooms sometimes because of how good it is. People come here for a reason. If you're a simple person that likes simple things, you may like coming here too. It's everything you need without being over the top. This is my go-to hotel when I need to get away and I'm grateful I found it.

The night guy was on the rude side and said we had to take the safe as it was for our privacy and if we don't want it then we would have to cancel in the morning. Will the morning lady said BS you don't have to pay it use it as you can say no upfront. I questioned him as you have to sign if you want to use it or not. Scam and he most make a few cents if its left on your bill. Overall the beds Sucked and the pillows were cardboard feeling. You get what you pay for in hotel rooms.
