In trying to save some money for one night, I ended up at the hotel. I was given an upgrade so I got a high end room which was fine. I dont know if I would spend more than a few nights there but I must say it was totally worth the price.

We're just here for one night and we're on our motorcycles. Ricky was an awesome guy who lets us park them close to the entrance for security. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Very quiet location. No complaints!!

Run!!! The entrance was dirty and the area run down. Even though I called in advance and then booked hotel online, when I drove up, the attendant did not have reference of my reservation. Instead of calling them herself, she td me I would need to call ', to get the confirmation. That wasn't bad but what was, was-When I drove up, their was a homeless man sleeping out front of the entrance. When I walked in, I asked the female attendant, if the area was safe-she assured me it was. However, She then went outside to see about the homeless man-came back in and said she felt sorry for waking him. She then issued me keys to a room. When I got there and opened the door, their was already someone taking a bath in the room. When I walked back and let her know, she did not apologize but told me to 'calm down, that she would reassign me to another room. Needless to say, I will never stay in a Red Roof Inn again, despite the fact that we travel quite a bit. The customer service was less than to be desired. Very disappointed!

Kindness of a stranger

Today was a bad a seemed as if everything was going wrong this morning but something about the evening shift at the Red Roof Inn in New Britain made me feel as if things will be okay there's a worker here who comes in from 3 to 11 this worker really does a great job of holding this place together and making the customers feel safe a smile a laugh a nice word and it seems like things are getting better by 9:15 I do believe he doesn't know the magic that he holds when you make people feel better today I would like to thank you Mr Ricky Bell for making my day a lot better today the kindness of a stranger made everything okay keep up the good work and continue being the magic at the Red Roof Inn I don't know what they're going to do without you may God continue to bless you and keep you and keep the customers respecting you on your 3 to 11 shift. And again thank you Mr. Ricky Bell

I am in Connecticut on a business trip for my Company (franchisee for Cricket wireless) I was assisted by a Mr Ricky Bell He was very knowledgable and helpful His customer service skills are excellent He even upgraded me to a deluxe room to add to the comfort of such a long stay He deserves a promotion or raise he's the the best
