The worst hotel member staff I ever encounter.
I did make a reservation thru booking.com for this hotel cause I couldn’t do it on their website. I’ve asked for an early check in thru the site and they replied saying that they might or will do everything in their power to accommodate my request. I asked cause I was afraid that since I have started taking that green liquid at 1:00 pm of that day the one that You have to take to clean Your digestive system before a colonoscopy. I choose this hotel because it’s very near to the place where my procedure was taking place. I showed up 8 minutes before 3:00 pm the mandatory check in time. I asked the guy seating in front of TV , if it will be a problem if He started the check in process cause I did have the urge to go to do # 2 , because for experience the check in process at this location it’s very slow and can take at list up to 30 mins sometimes. He screamed at Me thru the glass that the check in time was 3:00pm and here I’m trying to explain a foreign person who has limited knowledge of the English language that I had requested an earlier check in time. All I can see on the other side of the glass it’s this guy doing horrible facials gestures trying to make derogatory statements against Me. By know it was already 3:00pm and I told Him that we where spending more time arguing that Him doing His job. At that point he opened the small space in the glass . I hoped that he will start doing his job and check me in but to the contrary HE BASICALLY SCREAMED AT ME THAT, IF I DIDN’T LIKE IT, I WAS WELCOME TO LEAVE. I didn’t want to argue at this time so I told Him to go ahead and cancel my reservation. He clap back at Me traying to convince me to call RedRooff In and canceled myself. I told Him that He need it to cancel it Himself since He was not willing to His job. He cancel it and I left. Two days later I got hit with a charge of 75$ cancellation Fee. This is nuts.
