On Thursday the 22nd of March I checked into this hotel. A friend who traveled from St Croix, VI to attend a wedding stayed with me. We had satisfactory experience the first 2 nights. Saturday my daughter came and we all got ready for the wedding together. We were getting ready to leave and noticed our gift bag was missing from the room. We immediately went to the front desk and spoke with Jason Jones. He was very professional handling our concerns. He advised us the cleaning staff would be the only ones who would have a key to access our room. He recovered part of our gift laying on the ground outside by a trash receptacle, near a side entry door. It appeared suspicious to him. Jason made an effort to obtain a name from the card to possibly confirm this was indeed trash. Jason showed us what he found. Part of our wedding gift and a card that was placed in a larger box and tied with a bow. The gift had been ripped opened, gift bag destroyed and a frame was broken. Thankfully the cards were found. Room credit was given for our stay by Jason Jones and a sincere apology. No follow up by owner Jason Patel was received as requested. I went in person on Monday, March 26 to talk to the owner. He was not present. Justin contacted Jason Patel. I talked to him at the hotel by telephone. He said he did not get a chance to check security cameras even though he was called to premises when we reported loss. He did talk to the cleaning staff and confirmed they removed our gift bag. Jason Patel confirmed a language barrier existed with cleaning staff and also a issue with staff dropping trash out second story window repeatedly. I was told this would be taken care of as it was an ongoing issue. There has been no further communication from the owner after a follow up phone call and second request for steps he has taken to ensure guests items are safe in room.

Loud, stinky and sleepless stay.

Hotel room smelled of urine because there was dog staying next door. I don't know if all of the rooms smelled like urine because it is a pet friendly hotel with hard wood floors or not. The beds were hard and it felt like a cot. Bedsheets were loud sheets and uncomfortable. Immediately washed everything and took a shower when I got home. Also, the cable came with static.

Clean rooms, friendly, helpful staff. They made us comfortable and helped us get good deals on rooms! We will definitely come back. I would recommend them to anyone! They answered questions and made sure we had everything.

During winter months I stay in the area often. I've tried several hotels but now continue to stay here. The rooms are updated and clean. The staff is incredibly helpful; specifically Jason and Justin who always ensure guests are happy. The pictures really do represent the rooms, the heat/air conditioning work great and each room has a refrigerator. I've generally tend to stay away from "value priced" motels but this Red Roof changed my mind.

Jason was fantastic in helping with my stay. He advised us to get a good deal with a room. We loved the room. It was a Jacuzzi room. It was so beautiful and spacious. The tub was large and the bubbles were great. There was still the option of a shower or regular bath, too which I appreciated.

Pet Policy: One well-behaved family pet is permitted, at no additional charge. Pet must be declared during guest registration and kept on a leash when outside guest room. In consideration of all guests, pets must never be left unattended in the guestroom. When you walk your pet on property, please be considerate and clean up after your pet. 

A $100.00 deposit is required for all cash-paying guests, which will be refunded upon check-out providing there are no damages to the room.
