Checked in 7/12, country music blaring from a transistor radio on a maid cart. Needed sleep before a long day of driving the next day. Maid pecking on the door as of 9am. It was music lady blaring her music again. Is this a motel where people might expect privacy and quiet or are we here for their enjoyment? Got in the shower noticed the bottom of my feet were black from walking on the dirty floors barefoot. Going to have to stop at a brothel and take a shower to feel clean again.

Our reserved room wasnt ready when we arrived half hour early. It wasn’t ready at the 3 pm check in time. We went to dinner. It wasn’t ready at 430 pm. We got in our room at 445. The floors were still wet. Never stay here.

This started with confusion between my reservation printout, and the map. One showed an address that was different than the other. SO, I followed the map, assuming that there had been a change since I made my reservation 2 months ago. I arrived to find out that there had INDEED been a change, and that my reservation printout was correct: Red Roof was now on the North side of the road instead of it's former location on the south side of the road. OK, never had THAT happen before. Then, when I arrived at the correct location, my first impression was, "Oh, oh!". Thankfully, that first impression was wrong for the friendliness of the staff and the quality, comfort, and value of the room. There is clearly an investment being made in upgrading this property, and I was quite pleased. Very convenient to the airport (my highest priority on this visit), to restaurants, the Interstate, and other nearby POI, I would definitely visit again.

Never again. I am losing my trust in Red Roof, as this is one of the worst I have stayed in over the last couple of years. Yes I know you get what you pay for. I read the reviews and gave them the benefit of the doubt since I was traveling with a small dog, they were under construction/renovation and the pictures appeared as tho the rooms were updated to the better Red Roof standards. Front staff was rude, not accommodating for extra pillows or towels. Guests were smoking in the rooms next door and the parking lot was FILTHY. Used condoms on the pavement *no not near the dumpster. The room was ok, clean etc. However by morning there were ants in the bathroom - ground floor and it was raining out. But no not again. The manager or owner allowed for a shouting match in the lobby between employees when I was checking out. No offers from management for discount either

the price was reasonable and location was close to the airport was not the worst hotel i have ever stayed in but no where near the best for the price either. the back of the bathroom door was dirty enough someone had written clean me in it. there were 2 washrags hanging from the shower rod that looked like they had been there for quite some time. there were 3 of us in a double room and only 2 towels. flat pillows only only 2 on each bed. had to go and ask for 2 extra pillows to be able to make it possible to sleep. the clerk at the desk had to go to the room next to us and get pillows out of that room because they had no extras.
