My five-day stay for Recovery Coach training was very comfortable and cozy. Shannon and Kay were very nice and helpful. Shannon even suggested a home style restaurant that was great. My room was very clean and I felt welcomed and safe. I would definitely stay there again! Thank you so much to Shannon and Kay!!!

Ok for the price

great service by Kay, great breakfast to go plus coffee in the lobby in the morning, comfortable bed, spacious counter for bathroom, area to hang clothes, plenty of lighting. Only thing to improve on would be the heating unit in the room. It was so hot, and I could not get it to cool down!

We stayed here for 1-1/2 weeks for spring break and love the hospitality given from Janet, Shannon and Kay to make our stay away from home as pleasant as possible. They would always ask how we were doing and if we needed anything. The housekeepers and maintenance were also very pleasant and personable! I absolutely plan to stay there again with my travels as well as stay at other red Roof Inns because of my positive experience here. Thank you to everyone for making my stay an enjoyable experience!

HORRIBLE, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!! I made a reservation for 4 days online. Once I arrive at the hotel the afternoon front desk woman was not personable or helpful at all. She said that she could not find my reservation or it had been canceled. I did not get upset. I just asked her to rent me a room despite the problem with the reservation. My reservation was for a double room. The front desk lady told me she did not have any left so I had to put my workers up in a room without beds for the both of them. I told her that I had a reservation for 3 double rooms the next day and I really would need those double rooms. She told me that she would leave her manager a note and that she could not promise me anything. I would have to get with her manager the next morning to ensure those rooms. I needed the rooms because my home was to be sprayed with chemicals for basement renovation and my family and I had to leave the house. I also told her that I needed a room on the first floor for my 82 year old mother who has trouble climbing stairs. Again, she seemed very unconcerned. I got up early to call the hotel manager, a Ms. Janet. I explained the incident from the night before with her clerk. I politely asked the manager to accommodate me with 3 double bedrooms and I told her as well that I need a room on the first floor for my mom. She said that she would ensure that I had the 3 double rooms. HUH!!! I go to check in the hotel a little after 3PM, check in is a 3PM!!! The day shift clerk (nice lady) checks me in and hands me 3 room keys. I checked the first room out, room 114 for my mom proceeded to help her inside. I opened the door, the room was DIRTY, beds unmade trash etc. I go to check the other two rooms out in another buildings across from the lobby doors. Those 2 rooms were upstairs room 236 & 240. I walk into room 236 and nothing but weed came out the door. Mind you, they make you sign an agreement that if you smoke in the room you could be charged $200, it is a non-smoking facility. I walk to check the last room and it was so called cleaned. I called the front desk to let them know that I did not want to stay in room 236 and get charged $200 because it reeked of weed and smoke and I had not checked in it yet. If it not for my circumstance (renovation chemicals) and them the fact that they allow my puppy. I would have DEMANDED my money back and left. Well my nephew and I manage to slowly get my mother up the stairs to this room. She was tired and just wanted rest a bit. I couldn’t take my family back home so I stayed with the assurance from the manager Janet that my rooms would be available soon. I went to get food for my family. We all ate and now it is around 530PM. I get out of my car to walk toward the front desk doors and I notice the unconcerned afternoon desk clerk/woman was leaving the office. The hotel doors have a mirrored effect so I know the clerk seen me coming up behind her. She locked the doors and walked around the building. I’m telling you she was close enough that I could have caught up with her but she claims she did not see me approaching the door. I go wait for her in the little night side door space because it is EXTREMELY COLD outside. On her way back around to the front of the building she seen me standing inside the night door space and waved me to come back in the front office. You are not going to BELIEVE THIS! After all those issues, all that waiting around for the double beds, having to put my mom in a situation...everything. DO YOU KNOW that this nasty attitude woman at the front desk seen another lady waiting to rent a room, she let her in the lobby at the same time as me and HELPED HER RENT A ROOM FIRST!!! I addressed it with her at that time. She did not CARE AT ALL. Now I told her that I used to do her job at 18 and there is no way I was EVER TRAINED to handle a new customer someone who was ALREADY CHECKED IN on paper, because I did not have the other 2 room yet just keys. The woman was nasty when I addressed her, did not care about my rooms. AND she tried to tell me that I WAS RUDE to bring up her dismissing me in front of the new customer. Can you believe her? Can you BELIEVE this hassle for the small, dirty, feet smelling rooms at this RRoof Inn? The rooms are cheaply priced, I guess you get what you pay for. The staff at least at THAT front desk lady was NOT HELPFUL nor HOSPITABLE! I’m telling you that lady at the front desk seemed to be under the wrong impression, letting this corporation’s money walk out the door like it hers! Customers are the reason she working at that front desk, gets her paycheck and everyone else gets their paycheck at the Roof Inn. I will NEVER STAY AT ANOTHER RR Inn in my LIFE ANYWHERE…HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! No response apology needed from Janet the manager! What I needed was my rooms as you assured at that time! I DO NOT NEED YOUR HOSPITALITY AFTER THE FACT...DEARBORN TEAM!!!
