I felt this motel was clean and a good value for the money. The location felt safe and the room was nothing great but comfy. The bed was hard as most cheap motels are but the air worked fine. The bathroom door was screwed up and hard to shut.

Stayed here with my husband from September 8-11. One of the worst experiences ever! The room smelt like smoke and had cigarette burns on the sheets despite being non-smoking. There were both live and dead roaches in our room. We never received extra pillows that were asked for several times, and worst of all the van access handicapped parking spaces are too small. My husband was not able to get into and out of our van in their spots which do not meet ADA standards and thus creates a hazard in case of emergency. Was given a refund for one night but never received and it has been over 15 business days. I am considering consulting a lawyer and reporting this hell hole to the ADA and my local Attorney General if I do not receive our money soon.

I have stayed at this hotel MANY times over the years. This was by far my worst experience. The room smelled mildewy and you could tell from the mold on the walls and outside the building that they have had a major water damage issue. They did remodel a couple years ago, I fear they covered the problem instead of fixing it. The air conditioner worked fine at night but the daytime was miserably muggy in the room. The floors were DISGUSTING. I accidentally spilled a little water and used a towel to wipe it up - the towel was black afterwards. There is no way that floor had been mopped in the last month. I also had a rough time at check in but it did work out in the end.

Nice 2 star friendly staff,respected our "do not disturb" privacy over our 3 day stay as we were back and forth from Barnes-Jewish good parking easy access to the freeway system and convenient to gas and sundries pet friendly also.

The hotel staff was friendly, but the room was dirty, and smelled of smoke even though it was non-smoking. The room had stains on the door, walls, and in the bathroom. It's a pet friendly hotel at no extra cost, which is very nice, but the guests apparently don't feel it necessary to clean up after their pets (rude, and disgusting!!!). The least people can do (ESPECIALLY when there is no extra charge for their pets) is CLEAN UP YOUR DOG'S POOP.....:That is the responsibility of a pet owner!!!!
