Family Visit!!!
I really enjoyed this stay. Alivia, at front desk, was very respectful to me and my family. I loved getting great coffe in the mornings. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Akron Ohio area!
Enjoyed My Stay
I wanted to say Thank you for a wonderful stay at the Red Roof Inn, I had a Awsome time. I came in to a clean room, had good room service and hot hot water. They had a elevator and Great Customer Service. Well done Job Red Roof Inn, I will return.
Relocating for new job
I had a great job offer from an amazing local company. Part of my relocation was the company paying for a hotel while I look for permanent housing in the area. They let me pick the hotel and although I could have gone much more fancy, I chose Red Roof instead. I chose Red Roof because they take dogs with no issue and they have hardwood floors and clean comfortable beds. This location has been great. They have provided everything that Red Roof advertises. They provided very clean rooms, they are great with pets and are so very nice. Everyone on the staff that we have interacted with during our lengthy stay has been both friendly and professional. The manager has been very kind and works very hard. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The hotel is easy to get to and safe to walk your dogs. I would certainly stay here again.
Very Satisfied
I recently stayed 2 weeks at the Red Roof Inn on Arlington rd. and I didn’t want to leave. I have never before felt so much at home in a hotel until now. Rooms were very nice and the price was fair. Anytime I needed anything at all, the staff were there to help. And I just want to say that the employees there must be saints because during my lengthy stay I witnessed more than 5 incidents where customers were either throwing paper or water at the ladies behind the desk and other incidents where customers were flat out cursing them out for doing nothing other than their jobs! I have never in my life seen someone be so cruel and rude to complete strangers. I personally never had an issue with any employee and see no reason why any customer should have the right to treat them so disrespectful. Keep up the good work ladies...

My wife and I originally came here with our babygirl,Gizmo(she's a 3yr. Old blue nose pit-bull), just for a little escape away from the stress and chaos in our lives,which was supposed to be a 2 day stay...that turned into a week stay because of how relaxing,welcoming, and accommodating ALL THE STAFF made us feel,here at the Redroof Inn hotel!!!A VERY SPECIAL,HUGE THANK YOU TO--》☆♡ALIVIA(front desk representative),JAIMIE ( the hotel manager),KATY(front desk representative ),JEN,TRACY,&TRISHsimply because of one main reason-->This hotel WOULDN'T BE THE BEST hotel WITHOUT THESE WOMEN giving guests like myself, my wife,& my baby girl their ABSOLUTE BEST each&everyday!!!!!♡♡♡ ♡ALWAYS, Your loyal guests/friends, Dr.D love,Anna,Gizzy mariee
