Pleasantly surprised. Great new management. Clean rooms. Good heat and water pressure. Clean bedding and towels. Great deal. Will definatly stay again. Much better than the other 3 motels in the area Highly Recommend.

Very good customer service. Quiet, comfortable place to rest your head. If your looking for a bargain with convenience to highways and a wide variety of restaurants close by this is the place. Very good choice!

I have had an excellent experience staying at Cincinnati Red Roof Inn. The rooms are spacious. Appliances work excellent. The house keeping us prompt. And the customer service is beyond compare. I was completely satisfied with my stay until I woke up one morning with a charge on my account. I contacted my bank and found out that it was a pending hold from the Red Roof Inn. I had already been charged for the Room in its entirety and should not have had ahold. When I went to the office to discuss this with the manager, Sam, he immediately took action. He reviewed the account unverified all charges were correct and contacted my bank about the hold. The number that we called for my bank was not able to assist him and they gave him another number to contact. He immediately contacted them explain the situation and requested an immediate release from the hold which they granted. It's nice to find in this day and age people I still care for others. I couldn't be more happy with a customer service that they provided. Thank you Sam and the Red Roof staff!

Our room was very nice, recently remodeled and very clean and our beds were very comfy. It's right off the interstate so it's easy to find. Not much shopping in the area that we saw but there are plenty of places to eat.

Clean but that’s about it

After two days and 24 hours on the road, checked in and was initially pretty positive. Guy at the front desk was nice and the room was clean, although it smelled musty and the cigarette smoke from outside leaked in. But from there it went south. Beds are hard. Most disturbing though was the attitude of the staff. Housekeeping was trying to get into my room 30 minutes before check out. When we realized (2 minutes after shutting the door) that my son left his phone in the room, the guy at the front desk was not nice about having to open the door. When we realized a few hours later when we reached our next hotel in the Cincinnati area, that we’d left two very large, brand new bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the room, the staff was very short, rude and unhelpful, telling me they would check and call back, but never did. Told me one time they were either “not found” or “thrown away.” They were nasty and mean on the phone and never took my concerns or complaint seriously. Will not EVER go back. I am a no frills kind of person, but the one thing I expect from a hotel is polite staff. This is not the case here (except the guy from New York that checked us in). I also would expect that ANYTHING found in a room after check out would be kept for at least 24 hours to give the person a chance to call for it. If they did throw it away, it was mere hours after we left. I’m not talking about near empty bottles of dollar store shampoo. These were full large bottles of L’Oréal.
