Hello Kay, I must enlighten you on my families stay in your Inn was nothing short of a weekend of confusion, aggravation, disappointment, unsafe and I know for so far below the standard an d brand expectation that Red Roof which my wife and family have stay in all over the United States! Check in began this episode of hell ride 2019 when it was impossible to find two rooms relatively close and handicap accessible because my mother had just had foot surgery and my wife and I desired to be near her and our grand child in case they needed anything but that didn't come close to happening we were in a separate building across the parking lot? Now the first room my Mother, daughter and grand child were assigned after 2 to 3 trips to the front desk because their room key would not operate and the only way to open the door was the front desk master key, she was moved bad foot and all to another room in the same building, I thought I was preparing to rest after a long drive from Virginia but because of the poor accommodations and neglectful maintenance which is evident by the non operational door lock I had to be bell hop into the night. After navigating through that situation my and my wife had to steer clear of the kids playing in the parking lot I guess you house whom you employ there as well at the inconvenience of your patrons? Is that Red Roof Policy and procedures even as a Franchise owner?? We unpacked our vehicle and made our way through a filthy stair case into a room that was almost as worse as our mothers, if it was clean they need to be trained to Red Roof Inn standards dirty floors nasty tubs, burns in sheets and this was supposed to be a non smoking establishment? This was a great way to start the weekend After enjoying a show at the Sight and Sound Theatre called "Jesus". I be wilders me that with the theatre being in the area that the accommodations would be so sub standard, and when your managers tried to contact you about all the issues the helplessness and demoralized looks after tell the story of your lack of operational and managerial care and concern for your customers and your employees. Unfortunately we booked the entire weekend spent our hard earned money to have to endure unsanitary, unsatisfactory and unsafe practices throughout our stay Far be it from me to leave out when the fire suppression/ sprinkler head or pipe broke while we were out dining to comeback to my mothers room and have no hot water for our remaining two days, guess we get to move my mother again this was so ridiculous and inconvenient that I am consulting legal action if you can't resolve this unpleasant episode of a weekend. My picture reflect the safety and sanitation issues that should have been address by a owner who strives for their patrons safety, comfort, convenience and pleasure not in the case of your Red Roof Inn! Busted bathroom doors toothpaste on the walls fixtures from the falling ceiling where the sprinkler leak was temporarily attempted to be repaired(Not To Code) A electrical panel door left open with no locking mechanism (Not to Code in a Business) No hot water as a result for your customers and still allow them to stay(Health code and food safety infraction!) Hand written room number that is as unprofessional and uncaring as it gets! A picture is worth more than a thousand words I hope you raise the standard of your personal customer service as well as allow and empower your management team to critical decisions in critical and vital situations rather than looking at the amount of money it could cost because you cant put a price on someone's life! Safety should never be compromised for a dollar

Dirty and found many spiders in the room. The carpet under the bed had not been cleaned in forever. The sink didn't have a stopper. The tub grab bar was on the side and when taking a shower the grab bar is covered up, so with no mat in the tub and being slipper I can close to falling. The walkway for the pet area has a steep incline, no trash can to dump the dog poop which was ok I brought it into the trash outside our room. Not everyone did that there entire trail had poop bags everywhere. Asked not to be disturbed the next morning since there is no sign to add to the door, advised that it was not necessary for the maid. She knocked on our door at 7:30A (not happy). I will never stay at a Red Roof again this was really bad. The room even smelled musty!!!

Very good location for a visitor . We had traveled with a bus tour and had 17 rooms ., the hotel is big and was very professional in handling all us . Rooms are updated and clean . It is located in the center of all the major attractions for a tourist . Staff was very friendly . We booked our next years stay before leaving .

The hotel was very clean. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The Red Roof was basic but clean and comfortable beds. Travel to see a concert, but the gentleman at the front desk suggested other shows we might be interested in.

We have been to this Hotel 2-3 times before 3-4 years ago or more. I was surprised when we stayed in this last December after we went for Sight and sound show in Lancaster. Rooms looked older. The smell was not good. Breakfast was included but less varieties than before. Boiled eggs tastes weird. They took extra charge because the room has a safe! Even if you don’t use it, you have to pay for it. Overall I was disappointed and surprised to the deterioration in rooms condition, quality of breakfast and service in general.
