Worst experience in my life. My bestfriend and I got a room online for 2 people with 2 beds for New Years. We get there to check in and have 2 extra people with us. The front desk man said no guest and that was fine. But when me and my bestfriend tried to come back I was asked to leave to property as soon as I got in the door. Mind you my bestfriend is white. I tried telling the man I ordered the room for 2 people that’s why we have two beds. He keep telling me to leave and mind you it’s two in the morning. I felt so embarrassed and hurt I cried. I’ve never been talk to like that by anyone and I’ve never felt that low. I don’t think the hotel is racist but the man that was working has discrimination issues. I tried calling to speak to the manager but as soon as I said I wanted to file a complaint the lady told me he wasn’t there. I’ll never recommend or come back to this hotel.

Attentive Service

I was unprepared for the attentive service I received at this basic hotel property, where I stayed on the last leg of a long trip home. The staff seemed reserved, but this belied a superb, understated attentiveness from several staff members. Watchful, attentive, but never intrusive. Prepared to assist with any request or issue, and I had a couple. As often as I travel for work, I rarely get that kind of attentive service at four-star properties.

First. they are doing a bate and switch they advertise at 66.00 but when you check in you are charged 84.00 and you must pay when you check in instead of at check out. This is deffinately not a suite but more like a very cheap hotel. There is mold that you can smell in the air conditioning which only runs but does not cool. I think there were bed bugs because I was bitten by something. I travel a lot and this is the worst room I have ever been in. Asked to speak to Manager Arika Sitaram but was told there was no manager, I took a business card anyway.....

Found BED BUG at 2 AM, caught it in tissue, put in zip bag. No more sleep! Toilet plugged w just liquid, sink plugged, pulled drain plug, covered in gunk, sticky floors from cheap laminate, hall floors badly stained w no attempt to clean, not vacuumed for awhile, trash on floors and outside, pool is drained in 90+ temps. Mgt gave us hard time over bug, if they dont find em, when mgr goes into room with her BABY. Realize these are NOCTURNAL. WE had just stayed in 4 OTHER RRI's between NY and Little Rock, not like we are carrying a zupply of bed bugs and bites, we gave them the bug, easy to ck via Rewards Card if we had complained or tried to scam. And YES, we did check carefully. Had to get Guest Relations involved. Now wasting time and $ at laundry to prevent taking any with us. Ugh.

Not feeling like driving over 12 hours straight we decided to call it a night and booked a room on the road, online. We booked 2 rooms for one night. Easy to reach from the interstate. Check-in was questionable due to the person that checked us in didn't seem to have a full understanding of check-in and also had 2 different credit card numbers, neither of which were ours. Both rooms were mostly clean and had all the amenities we were expecting. Free 5 mbps (open security, as most are) internet, not bad at all. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. Shower had a very good shower head and pressure. In the hallway the room, which was occupied next to ours, smelled strongly of smoke(I won't say what kind of smoke). Our room had a very slight lingering smell of that smoke as well.(these are all non-smoking rooms) The second room we rented did not and was fine. We were tired and decided to just stay. If you do stop and stay, ask for a room NOT on the bottom floor. You get what you pay for. For $40 more we would have had a much better experience at a better location down the road a few miles. This was an adequate night on the road but I would advise spending the extra money. We will. ***After we got home we discovered they charged us twice for the rooms. Once at Red Roof Inn and once online reservation.
