Clean room, friendly staff, no problems

The bad reviews are nonsense - this is a clean and safe Red Roof Inn. Check in was a breeze and check out (Dawn is a rock star!) was also easy, Strong wi-fi and 100's of cable channels. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room. I can see where the highway side rooms would be noisy, but they were able to accommodate me and keeping the A/C on "constant fan" drowned out any other noises. Having stayed before at two really bad Red Roofs in Jacksonville, this was a vast improvement!

Fair. Could be noisy. Clean room Comfortable bed

Older building that has been renovated on the cheap. Bath fill was loose from wall and faucet leaked. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. telephone in room did not work so had to go to office to request late checkout. The reason for marking the hotel down to two stars is the numerous tiny bugs crawling on the counter by the sink. The hotel parallels Interstate 10 and is only about 200 feet from the highway (I paced it off). The side facing the highway will be noisy and I was assigned to this side first although the place was practically empty when I checked in. I asked for a room on the "quiet side" and was immediately changed to one facing away from the highway.

Trish Sarah Atari and Bavin were very good to me. I found myself in a unique situation and they were very helpful. Without them my visit would not have been pleasant. From helping me inside the front office with my wheelchair to helping me get coffee and breakfast in the morning, there was nothing they wouldn't do to help at any time. These employees made my stay very nice and I won't hesitate to stay again

Unpleasent

The room and bed were fine as long as you didn't mind sharing them with cockroaches. We found one on the door then the next morning there were three crawling by the bed. Breakfast was terrible. Orange and apple juice was watered down to the point that the orange juice was no longer orange. 5 tangerines was all the fruit they had and they were so old that had shriveled up. The swimming pool was just a huge hole with no water in it. One night stay so I quess you get what you pay for.
