In my opinion, bottom of the barrel accomodations. The Pros, the shower was awesome and the checkout girl at front desk was really friendly. The Cons, room comes with nothing. You have to go to front desk to even borrow a hair dryer. Not even a complimentary breakfast! Gentleman that checked me in should not be in the hospitality business, he is definitely an unhappy man. Other than this place being a short distance to downtown Naples it's awful. Room was also overpriced. Sorry Red Roof. I stay at hotels a lot and this was just sad.
Beware You will be discriminated against!
The front desk staff and management at the Naples Red Roof Plus & Suites location are the most racist, rude, inconsiderate set of people I have ever Had the displeasure of doing business with in my entire life including visits to third world countries. My family is Newly Retired from 30 years in the Medical Field. We relocated from Maryland and are in Naples awaiting the completion of our brand new estate home located less than a mile from their location. Upon walking into the location with out even so much as a greeting we were immediately racially profiled by Vincente who made us feel as if we were living in the George Wallace era in the south. I was totally disgusted but stayed due to the fact that it was located so closed to our property and the fact that we are faithful redi rewards members. At one point while we were checking in Vincente cut in and had the representative stop checking us in pulled them from the computer after we had waited in line patiently for nearly 40 min and were half way checked in he proceeded to take over the computer to help someone else that had just arrived and he seemed to be apologetic to them that we were there to begin with. When he was done with them he helped two other sets of guests making us wait till the lobby was empty at the end of the line. He and his coworker Maria Lack in basic people skills!. Our entire stay after spending to the tune of thousands of dollars staying in suites we have received nasty look and over heard their disrespectful comments, I was totally taken a back that this is still happening in America in 2020.
Clean but tired
OK so maybe we had chosen a cheap option for our one night stay there which would explain why, even though I could see that the room was clean, I did not feel at ease in the room. The furniture was tired and there was a persistent mix of smells certainly trapped in the carpet floor. The staff was very friendly though, 15 minutes after we arrived in the room, we got a call from the reception asking us if the room was ok and if there was anything we needed.

Booking thru this site was efficient from start 2 finish.. options, price comparisons clearly shown, allows applying filters 2 eliminate unnecessary options that aren't what u are looking into for whatever reason(pricing,1-5 Star ratings, breakfast included, pool/ hot tub..etc). I don't want to waste time comparing each place individually... ...with Trip Advisor, .they do all the work for us..

Our stay at Red Roof PLUS definitely met our expectations😍we absolutely loved everything no complaints at all...the lady at the front desk that checked us in greeted us with a smile & was very nice, our room was updated & cleaned, nice paint job no chipping, bathroom was very clean, jacuzzi was amazing, & fire pit was awesome, had no problems with parking, we had a wonderful 21year anniversary at this hotel, it was very quiet which we loved, & if your hungry there’s a 24hr IHOP at walking distance which was perfect, we will %100 definitely recommend to friends & family! We enjoyed our stay & we’ll be back for sure. Thank you red roof plus😃we had a great experience.
