Worst hotel ever!!

The noise level was ridiculous. I didn’t feel safe here at all. It attracts a certain clientele who are here to party like teenagers. Children are left unsupervised. Dogs are not kept on a leash. There’s supposed to be no smoking but guests are literally outside of my door on the balcony smoking, yelling, cursing and getting drunk! The problem is there is only one staff member on the premises during the evening. Day staff are there to clean up the mess left by the slovenly people that come here to trash the place! It’s unbelievable. I have done a good amount of traveling and have never seen anything like it. Police are called her often because management cannot handle the drunk and disorderly patrons! I wish I could have left after a drunk “worker” mistakenly tried to open my door thinking it was his room, but unfortunately I had prepaid in advance. If you have any class or decency at all, DO NOT COME STAY HERE!! The place is a hell hole, not a place to stay to relax on vacation.

Nice Stay

My room was clean, the bed was comfortable with a varied selection of pillows (firm, hard, soft - all labeled). I found the room very quiet - sound resistant. I was on the first floor with parking by the door & stairway just outside. I rarely heard anything. That was a big plus! For the price it was better than I expected after reading other reviews. I was visiting friends, only needed a place to sleep. It was great for that!

5 day getaway

Great property!!! Was given free upgrade to fantastic suite with full kitchen, living room and bedroom. Screened in lanai as well facing the pool. The pool in itself was an oasis in the middle of town. Spent everyday by the pool and did not got to the beach once. Hotel is in great location in middle of everything old Naples- close to dining, activities and Naples 5th Ave. Hotel extremely clean and using enhanced disinfecting protocols. Felt extremely safe here in the middle of the pandemic. Can’t wait to come again!

Amazing management, clean rooms, great experience

Visiting from Chicago- This was my first time staying at a Red Roof Inn and I am blown away by the wonderful experience I had. Vincente at the front desk made check in super comfortable and gave some great tips on what to see in the area throughout the trip!! Because of that -I will be back!! Thanks again to Vincente for making it feel like home here!

Poor internet service

I would hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be able to connect to the internet. I found that the service here kept disappearing, so trying to do minimal work on the internet was frustrating. The check-in process was also incredibly slow. Not sure if it was due to a slow computer, or the overly friendly desk person who wanted to chat everyone up with a long line waiting. The room itself was ok, but it could have used some painting. There were wall repairs that had been repainted. Otherwise, the room was good. Finally, as with a lot of Red Roof Inns, this hotel has a policy of adding a $2.00 charge for the safety box warranty. It is refundable if you ask at checkout, but I would guess most people forget so the hotel profits.
