A NIghtmare
Evacuated from Fort Myers due to Hurricane Irma and after an 11 hour drive we were mortified upon walking into the room. Not that we expected luxury, we were grateful we even found a room, but we did not expect a room with mold, other people's long hairs in the bathroom, and pubic hairs on the bed and in the shower. After being already so disgusted by the room the last thing we wanted to encounter were ROACHES. I am 6 months pregnant so I was so tired we just needed rest and had no where else to go. I went to sleep wrapped up in my blanket like a burrito. My sister ended up seeing 6 more. Thank god I was already fast asleep. I was charged $91 for this room but knew it would do no good to complain, my sister went to the front after seeing the first roach and the attendant was anything but shocked or concerned. Must just be a normal occurrence for this place! TERRIBLE!
Dirty and strange guest
We didnot like this hotel at all. Outside was very dirty and being pissed everywhere. Room inside was okay and looked clean. But outside was horrible. Next to us where people who did have a room downstairs also. This guy drove of every 15 minutes to come back with every time a different male. Go in the room across downstairs and start again. It was raining and we are smokers so we couldnt help notice this going outside to smoke one by one. At one point he start yelling to my husband. We where very scared and reception was around the corner. After going to diner we closed the door with our suitcases against it. This was a scary night and we where glad to check out next morning. Would not advise this hotel for family''s
Adequate
One of the Red Roof properties badly in need of renovation. Fixtures in bathroom detaching, warped floors. A good bed for me to sleep in, but not the quality I am accustomed to. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.
Escape from hurricane
Had two rooms . They were both excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable .I guess with lot of these places it all depends on who cleans the room which will determine how the room will be . So no complaints about my rooms. We had 121 and 123 .
Disgusting inn, one of the worst!
Dirty textiles, unclean floor, and moldy smell. The look is extremely outdated. Pasted towels. This is probably the worst inn I have been to. Everything is falling apart and needs to redone and remodeled.
