Upon checking in we notice beds weren't make hairs on pillows sheets fixtures rusted cracks on the wall things not working hair dryer and some others thing. Tell the office manager all they can say was sorry. When you are outside you get that funny feeling that this place is full drugs prostitution and crimes. The saddest part is that the price it's not cheap it was 90 plus dollars a night that looks like it was worth $40 a night. Highly do not recommend this place if you think you should see yourself be my guest but don't say I didn't warn you.

We make several cross country trips a year for our business and like Red Roof Inn because it is usually consistent, clean, inexpensive and takes the dog for no additional cost. This one was most of those things, but not clean. It was late when we checked in after a long day and we were very tired or would have complained at the time, but we already had lugged our bags to the room and were ready to go to bed when we noticed that the room had not been cleaned since the last guest. The bed had been slept in, but covers pulled up; there was no soap, etc. in the bathroom and there was toothpaste on the sink. Maybe they save money this way when the previous guests are fairly clean or maybe the housekeeper is lazy and just skips the rooms that aren’t very dirty, but this is cringe inducing and not acceptable. Complained to the folks at the desk, but just got a shrug. They were nice enough, but obviously didn’t really care. Not staying here again.

ZERO STARS!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! My husband and I needed a place to stay just for the night while we were traveling, so we stopped here cause it was an amazing price....that should have been our first clue to NEVER GO! We read some negative reviews but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt...our second clue. We arrived at 2am and got our room key, and as we were walking up to our room, the whole outside smelt like urine! At this point, we should have just left. But we walked into our room, which didn't look too great, but we only needed a place to sleep so we didn't need something fancy. But as we flipped the bed sheets down, there was HAIR AND STAINS EVERYWHERE!!!! These sheets were definitely NOT washed!!! We immediately grabbed our stuff and walked right back out. We went to the front desk and told her about the sheets and said we want a refund cause we are leaving, and her answer was "well we can just change the sheets"...ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Thses people obviously don't wash anything there! We were telling her no we just want our money back and that we literally were only in there for 2 min. She said she couldn't do anything about a refund and only her manager, who would be there in the morning, could so we had to fill out a complaint slip in the meantime. I get that maybe she could not personally do the refund, but she did not seem to care at all about the fact that everything was dirty, because she kept pushing about either changing the sheets or showing us a different room. As this was all happening a shirtless man came in to the lobby yelling, COMPLETELY pilled out on drugs! At this point I was literally shaking in fear because he was loud and getting really close to my husband and I. We stepped outside to finish filling out the form, and as we went back in, the crazy guy walked out all angry, his pants down, and talking to himself. We gave the lady at the desk the form and she ASSURED US the manager would call us in the morning when he came in it for work. Well I decided I call him (Danny Patel) this morning with the card the lady provided me, and another man picked up the phone and said Danny is out of state and won't be back until the end of the month....SERIOUSLY?! What a joke. The man claimed I'm getting a refund which if it really happens, I'll be happy about. But I just want to help any future guests from making the mistake of going! This place is dirty, sketchy, staff does not care, and do NOT know what they are talking about. Some things, as we learned, you just can't be cheap on. Pay the extra $20! It's worth it!

Suspicious of the really bad, or really good reviews, but I had stayed here before with no problems. It still has the lowest price of any RRI in the Atlanta area, and this was a good choice. Clean, good A/C, TV, microwave and fridge, and great check-in and check-out by Sam. My only problem was a missing trash can, but within 15 minutes two housekeepers came by to bring me one!

I stayed briefly at this location for two days and whereas typically, you get what you pay for, this hotel was definitely an exception. There were some maintenance issues during my stay, but a polite man, whom I assume was the maintenance manager resolved every issue that I had promptly and courteously. In fact, he went out of his way to make certain that all of my needs were met. He was professional, proficient and knowledgeable in every situation. His service and mannerisms will definitely make a repeat guest out of me. Definitely an A+ in my opinion.
