This was the worst experience I had ever had. The room smelt like dog , dirty towel bath tub was nasty mold in the room comfortner on bed was old and battered Tv was not working cheap cable service. I would not recommend cat ,dog and not any human to stay there will put up pictures.

My stay at this hotel due to business/employment purposes and I must say that the hotel has the best staff I've seen in some years. I've worked as front desk clerks and reservation agent for hotel companies and this hotel tops the companies and hotels (will not mention) I've ever worked with. Danny, Manish, Tuza, Sam and the beautiful young lady who works third shift (forgotten her name) are all friendly and care about guests needs and requests. Housekeeping staff are unisex (women & males) if which I've never seen before and they are ALL courteous to all guests and ensures rooms are sanitized to hotel standards and works extra hard to take that extra mile for guests having clean, fresh linen and towels....especially when the hotel rooms are booked up to capacity; all guests have what they need to make their stay feel as if they're right at home. I've witnessed an irate guest become very rude and disrespectful towards the young lady of third shift. I understood why the guest was so upset being she drove over 9 hours from her destination, with small children and was very exhausted from traveling, however it wasn't the front desk clerks error and to receive such rude behavior; front desk clerk continued her professional, friendly attitude towards the guest.....and even went out of her way to please that guest, of which was never given an apology for the rudeness given. To me.....that staff member deserves an incentive for handling the situation to the best of her abilities!! In my opinion, in today's society; living in a world full of negative energy, WE as people should feel this type of positivity to make living in a world not full of love easier. I want to give THANKS to the entire staff of the Red Roof Inn Atlanta-Norcross for being so friendly, courteous, respectful, polite, and accepting family members covered in fur☺;most importantly, other than having room rates inside anyone's financial budget, but maintaining and keeping up with sanitation and cleanliness standards in all guest rooms and throughout the premises.

DANNY, MANISH and the staff we're great to me.I appreciate them and will be staying here again and recommending them to everyone I know. I love the fact that their pet friendly. Easy check in and out. I had no problems at all while I was there. Keep up the good work Danny, Manish and staff.

Remodeled rooms, that are very spacious and clean. Non-smoking is truly just that. Both Sam and Tuza, daytime front desk employees are sooooo kind and helpful! The housekeeper's are too! I would MOST definitely stay here again, and again. We have extended our stay and they have made us very welcome!!!! Also-Night Audit and owners are truly customer service peeps too....very pleased!!!!!

Love this place definitely will come back front desk young guy working in night shift i dont know his tittle but he was very nice polite with best customer service skills and frienlines we had small probleum with bed sheets he lock lobby he came with new fresh sheets he change sheets for us we will be stay again and again if sam is still working there .the rooms where clean and nice and the shower was nice too in the morning beds where very comfortable definitely will go to the Red Roof Inn on vacations for now on oh i forget they have awesome coffee the coffe was fresh and very good too. They have nice security cameras around building and night guy he is looking for any single activity to make sure his customers are safe.
