The attendant Meet was friendly and knowledgable. He goes the extra mile for his customers. Meet is a true example of excellent customer service. He also got me a wide clean room to rest for the night.

I arrived at the Red Roof in Lansing, Ill. 5/24. The room was dirty, trash underneath the beds, burn holes in the comforter. Given Memorials day weekend we were out of options. The rooms were so bad I went to Walmart to purchase my own comforter to put on top of the filthy one provided with the room. The following day we were off to see the city. When we returned our door key didn't work and the curtains were wide open. I went to the front desk to advice our key didn't work, and it looked like someone had entered our room. Front desk staff said housekeeping had been in the room and cleaned. I thought that was strange we weren't scheduled to check out until 5/26 , and we never requested a room cleaning. Nevertheless we proceeded to our room. Upon entering I notice the same sheets on the bed, same burn hole comforter, same trash underneath the bed, and a bag of clothes was missing. I immediately contacted the front desk who said she would speak with housekeeping in the morning. The next day we get a knock at the door. It was the housekeeping manager who stated she and another housekeeper "cleaned" our room(5/25). She also said our room was listed as a check out(check out was 5/26). She said she remembered seeing some of our missing items, but she never saw the bag of clothes. I have had no luck in resolving this matter with red roof. I've even been called a liar by the General Manager who says that first stated a white bag and later a black bag. REALLY. I would never stay here again. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK

when checking in at the Redroof in Lansing is always a pleasure. Front desk Vanessa is great at what she does. She definitely makes you feel welcomed. When going into a room is always a good moment because it's always clean and beds are to their perfection. Thank you Redroof for being awesome.

Well I had been there working for a week.i hadn't felt with wife only felt with Vanessa.she really liked her.wen my wife and I went to get coffee together INE night it was cold I'd told the young black guy that it was cold .he told me it shouldn't showed him my cup he said he'd make some 5/4/2019.we had no light bulbs in any of the lamps so obviously I was happy to see someone different in the lobby working...well same crap ..UNFRIENDLY ....DIDNT CARE. UNPROFESSIONAL....i would not recommend thus place for anyone....

Vanessa is a great front desk. She was awesome. I received bags, assistance with hotel room conditions. She was courteous, caring and I'd recommend anyone go there just to receive her kind customer service.
