Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was extremely comfortable. Had small coffee pot in room and microwave and refrigerator. Coffee and tea available also in lobby. Yaishali at checkout was very professional and nice. We really enjoyed our stay here and it was very affordable. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

The rooms were higher than what was advertised. Had trouble checking in to the rooms. Had to have a card to use cash. Not happy at all. Check in person did not know if we could even use cash. Not every happy at all.

We checked in at 3pm my bf had to work At 6:30 so I slept until 9/10 pm got woken up from people slamming doors and someone stomping above us. Called the front desk they said they saw no one on camera slamming doors and that no one was on the floor above us. Then we got told that they only put one person on the list after my boyfriend put both our names down. Kind of a let down, but the front desk said they would calls us back.

Just minutes from Louisville, this motel is right off I-64 but in a quiet country setting. Yet fast food, a grocery and even a hardware store are just steps away. The Red Roof itself is immaculate, inside and out. Spacious and pretty rooms, shiny clean. Very comfortable bed. Coffee maker, mini fridge & microwave too. And -- pet friendly without any surcharge! Plenty of outdoor space for dog walking as well. Seeing I had a dog, the receptionist was very kind to give me a ground-floor room close to an exit. Every contact I had with the staff was ultra courteous, even when I checked out at 3am one morning! In these pandemic times, that the front desk is shielded with plexiglass is reassuring. My first night here was so good that I made sure to come back on the return trip. So I had not just one but two great nights at this motel. Highly recommend it!

Horrendous experience and terrible owner

The owner here is extremely rude and disrespectful. She doesn't know how to treat customers and let's her emotions get the best of her. She yelled at me and embarrassed and humiliated me in front of a lobby of people and called me a liar and threatened to call the cops on me for having my girlfriend over to the hotel room past 8pm because she wasn't listed as a person to occupy the room on the reservation. I asked what the resolution was and even offered to pay extra money to have the ability for her to stay the night with me and she refused to allow me to do so. She is extremely unprofessional and should not be in the hospitality industry at all. I feel targeted like she had a personal vendetta against me and that I was discriminated against for whatever reason. I will never go back to a Red Roof Inn let alone this location in Georgetown, Indiana and will make sure everyone I talk to knows about the terrible person the owner is and horrendous experience here with this hotel. I have filed a complaint with corporate and they have stated there is no policy that says I cannot have guests in my room past a certain time. I also have submitted complaints and reviews to the Better Business Bureau as well as Consumer Affairs and have contacted the local news and media outlets. I would like a full refund for the services of a room that I paid for and wasn't able to fully utilize.
