Perfect place to rest easy. Clean room, recently remodeled. Fresh smell, new carpet. Great bathroom renovation. Pet friendly, nice yard to let them run and play. If I pass this way again, I will stop to rest.

Dont be fooled by low rates; they are low for a reason

At first glance inside, nice check in desk area. we had a king bed room. carpet looked clean, this was an older interior hotel fixed up, but not done well. Rips and tears on couch seating, rips in blanket on bed, fitted sheets didn't fit. no grab bar in bathroom if you need it, moulding had holes in it, inside bathroom doors had wood missing. We stayed two days and they never changed the sheets or made the bed. Only a couple of towels; never got additional towels. Wi fi is good, but tv is bad. Our impression was the owners were just skimping by. I would never stay there again. Oh and the breakfast !. Egg, biscuit and Danish, all cold, I guess you are supposed to warm it up in your room. Find another place to stay Outdoor downspouts fallen down and we found a bullet casing in the parking area, which we gave to the owner.

Old hotel in desperate need of a manager who knows what they are doing.

I was heading back to Indianapolis from the Louisville area on Friday night. I hadn't planned on stopping...but it was after 2am, I was tired, and it was getting foggy. I decided to find a hotel for the night...better safe than sorry. No one was at the front desk. I wait for a few minutes then a guy comes from the back and greets me with, "Yeah?" I ask if they have any rooms left and he says only 1. I told him I'll take it...but I really need to use the bathroom first...the large Mt. Dew I drank a bit ago had gone through me. He informs me they did not have public bathrooms. He informs me the system is down...so he has to hand key everything in. I was informed breakfast was from 6am-9am. If breakfast would have stayed open until 10am or 10:30am...as most hotels do...I would have checked it out. Ending at 9am...forget about it. After getting checked in, I go to my room. Its VERY stuffy. I crank the AC on. Unfortunately, during my time there, it never really cooled down that much. The room remained stuffy...even the next morning (yes...the AC ran overnight) The night clerk told us there were vending machines by the ice machine on the first floor. I went to grab something to drink. I got a Coke. It expired 3 months ago...in June of 2017. The snack vending machine was TOTALLY empty. As for the actual room, it didn't impress me. VERY small bathroom. Beds were so-so. I've slept on worse...and I've slept on better. AC didn't work very well. When I checked out, I informed the front desk clerk about my Coke I purchased that was 3 months out of date. She replied, "Yeah...I really wish the manager would do something. The snack vending machine has been totally empty for quite some time. He won't fill it. If the employees want a snack during their shift, they have to eat oatmeal or cereal from the breakfast setup....and I'm REALLY tired of oatmeal and cereal." It's obvious the general manager doesn't care about his employees...so why should he care about his guests in his hotel? Absolutely ridiculous. I feel sorry for the employees who work for a boss that doesn't care.

A good night's sleep

My cousin and I were driving late and needed a place to stop for the night. Every other hotel at the exit was full or had no one at the front desk. We finally got to the Quality Inn at about 3am and found a room. The lady at the desk was very nice and got us checked in quickly. The hotel itself was apparently built in the 60s, so it is an older building and the halls have that 'old hotel' smell. However, the foyer is lovely and the room was very nice (recently remodeled ). We slept like logs and woke up refreshed. We didn't get a chance to check out any of the amenities, but we would stay there again if we were in the area.

Terrible

The room was very dirty. We found a bloody q-tip on the ground along with multiple dead bugs,The mattresses and floors were stained. When we told the lady at the front desk her response was "what can I say? We don't have a very good cleaning crew" would never recommend this place to anyone
