its a dump

this hotel is very run down and old, molding and weather stripping coming off the door thats cracked and peeling , i dont think they covid sanitized remote wasnt wrapped, thought it was a decent area but it is not at all, people letting their dogs run lose and no one answering the phone at the front desk, it's bad... stay away ....seriously...

Awful place to stay

I checked into this hotel on a Sat for two nights. I was in town for my grandmother's funeral. We noticed a dirty towel left in the room hanging up behind the door. The floor had not been swept and the bed looks like someone had been sitting on the bed. The door was nasty, the shower head didn't work well as well the tv remote. As I complained to the office they could only say we will correct the issues. No apologies or even offer to give some of my money back. It's not worth it people at all.

Total Misrepresentation

Calling this hotel a Red Roof Inn PLUS is a total misrepresentation, and sullies the name of all Red Roof Inns. But to top that off further, the owner of this franchise has the nerve to supply regular rooms with a small box of snacks and call them "premium", so that he/she can charge an inflated rate. This was an awful place to stay and if we weren't in a bind because of unexpected travel, we never would have looked at it twice. Terrible experience!!! PS - Our "non smoking" room reeked of stale smoke.

Bed bug infested, horrible customer service
review-img-alt

Woke up covered in bed bug bites, including on my face. I am massively allergic to bed bugs and swell up like a balloon within hours. Within a day the bites blister and ooze and burn. You can see the progression in the attached pictures. I certainly did not go to sleep with these bites on my face (or the half dozen other places that are hard to photograph or can’t be shown in public) Front desk refused to believe there were bugs without a literal exterminator-led inspection and refused to provide any recompense. They kept trying to fob us off with vague promises of calls back later. When we asked to escalate to a supervisor, the front desk lady demanded we leave. When we pressed, she called the police! And then they charged us for the next night after forcing us to leave! This is, hands down, the single worst hotel I’ve ever been to. This is, hands down, the single worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Do. Not. Stay. Here. Ever.

Filthy dirty mess!

Congratulations Red Roof!! You have exceeded my lowest expectations possible. Check in was a disaster, waiting in line for 30 mins. Our room # 150 was disgusting. Black mold around the tub, blood splatters or other red gooey matter on the bathroom light switch. Some type of weird stains on the bed spreads. To top it off I stepped in what looked like dog barf next to the bed. I didn't have the energy t go back to the office and request a new room. In retrospect the line at check in were people complaining and switching rooms. Red Roof should pull this franchise. I found the deal on Hotels.com for $57.00 No breakfast and knowing what the room looked like I can only imagine what the food prep would be.
